Amazing

What a perfect home for our family to spend time together. There was enough room for everyone. The basement was the perfect hangout for the kids. And the porch overlooking the Ocean was Wonderful! Would definitely recommend this property!!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I, along with doggo, stayed for an extended weekend. The location is amazing, easy beach access, and plenty of open space inside. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay here again.

Everything was excellent. A few water bugs but assume there are regular treatments. Grill was dirty and unusable. Otherwise everything was great

Fabulous location!

Could not ask for better beach access - right out the back door! Quiet and private location! We had the beach entirely to ourselves about 95% of the time. Grandkids had so much fun!! Mary has put many fun beach-themed accents throughout the place and even gave us a generous and beautiful welcome basket - super nice touch! The house is not as well stocked as most places at this price point (especially in the kitchen - no toaster or or other basic appliances and most things were old and worn ) but it was certainly adequate and the view of the ocean from throughout the house totally made up for it! Thanks, Mary, for a really fun place for our annual family vacation!

Beach Vacay 2022

The location is absolutely beautiful! There are several different locations on the property to view the sun rising or the moon on the water at night. The upper level appears to be remodeled. The lower level needs a little TLC. Overall my family and I had an amazing time!

Location, location, location!!!

This house sits dreamily behind the protected dunes. The covered porch was sublime. The house, itself, seems to be undergoing a somewhat superficial face-lift, yet the upstairs appliances are aging, and the bathroom plumbing appears to be a consistent issue (though once alerted, the management company had it fixed within 24 hours). If we could be so lucky, we'd love to return to this house for years to come!!!

Nice Extended Weekend Getaway

My family and I enjoy the Pine Knoll Shores area. The views were great and our beach time is always peaceful due to low crowds. The Beachcomber was very spacious, but needed some updates overall (i.e. bathtubs/showers, cabinets, etc.) There was a small leak in the living area when it rained, but nothing major. We also observed a few big bugs (water bugs I’m assuming) during our stay, which I know cannot always be prevented due to location. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second year on the Crystal Coast and this house was just the best. The location right on the water cannot be beat. Plus, it’s in a really quiet stretch but still close to awesome restaurants. The house was gorgeous! It seemed like it was recently renovated and everything was great! I will say- it said 2 king beds and they were possibly queens if not double beds, but not kings! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. And having 2 kitchens seemed excessive but it ended up working really well for us and having 2 living rooms. Such a great setup for a larger family or multiple couples. The AC wasn’t working properly one day and they had a tech out within 2 hours and the owner gave us a gift card for dinner that night. Awesome customer service! We will 100% be staying at this house every year that we can!!!

Never ending view

Coffee on the porch , a busy day on the beach, and back to the porch for cocktails all accompanied by a stunning ocean view. Repeat daily. What’s not to love!

Oh the view!

Exceptional beachfront property for our family vacation! House was nice, clean, and comfortable for 10 of us. Oh, the view from the back porch! We loved the covered deck, especially for morning coffee and dinner. Very close to the Aquarium, but do not go on a rainy day! You will need to plan for food and supplies. There is a Food Lion Grocery about 3 miles from the house toward Atlantic Beach. Dinner out suggestions: Fish Hut Grill (Emerald Isle) and Catch 109 (Atlantic Beach). Blue Ocean Fish Market for fresh fish.
