Great Stay

House was very clean and looked like the pictures. Good place for a large get together. Overall great property if you plan on staying in phoenix.

Cute Place

Can definitely tell that the owner has done some renovations, but overall the house is super cute! Fit our needs for a girls weekend away. Pool was clean, beds were comfortable and the main bathroom is amazing. Second bathroom had a funny smell, but nothing that made it unusable. Would definitely use again.

Budget Friendly with a Pool

This Vrbo worked out perfectly for us. The price was great and the home was close to GCU AND it had a pool! This is an older home and It looks like the owner is doing some remodeling to upgrade the property. The neighborhood is not upscale but it is safe. The canal behind the home was a nice walking/running area we took advantage of. If you are looking for something clean, with a pool, and are on a budget....this will work out great!

Our review

The kitchen and baths were great! The listing said 8 guests…there were more pillows which were needed but no pillow cases, and there were 6 sleeping areas. The fold down futon fits one person but there was no bedding to put on it and the living room couch was ver short making it difficult to sleep on and there was no bedding for the 8th person either?? My sister arrived first and called me to bring 2 sleeping bags and 3 pillow cases. Maybe provide and hide a bed or cots/pads even and extra bedding to ensure 8 people can actually sleep with bedding. Otherwise, it was great

Convenient location.

Stayed with family close to the airport and many activities. House was spacious and well equipped. Owner was responsive. Ping pong and pool were fun for the kids. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay here again.

Worst Experience Ever

The pics are misleading and host did not communicate with me at all prior to arriving in Phoenix with check in details. We had a late flight arriving in Phoenix and I tried contacting the host through the app and phone and did not receive any response. My party of four had to find a room last minute late at night, not how I wanted to start my vacation :-( Didn't receive check in info from the host until the next morning, one day after our scheduled arrival and only because VRBO support had to get involved. No apology or accountability whatsoever from the host on the lack of communication, blamed it on the VRBO app. Not sure what they do with the cleaning fee because the furniture and pillows had stains, the pool and outdoor area was not clean, in fact the outdoor furniture was dirty and had mold. There was an odd smell when arriving to the property and made my stomach turn, one of the bathrooms smelled of mold. The master bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat and decorative pillows were stained. The fence in the back yard was falling apart, not a well maintained property at all and a terrible experience altogether. I took pics of the property but not seeing that I am able to share. I am still trying to get reimbursed for the additional expenses I had to pay out of pocket for my first nights stay. I would not recommend staying at this property if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would have given this experience 0 stars (horrible) if that was an option. Note to self when traveIing - if you can't find reviews on a property there is probably a reason why and book elsewhere.

Phoenix getaway house

This house has 5 unique and comfortable gathering areas inside and an amazing backyard pool area outside . It was everything we hoped for. We would definitely stay again.
