The pics are misleading and host did not communicate with me at all prior to arriving in Phoenix with check in details. We had a late flight arriving in Phoenix and I tried contacting the host through the app and phone and did not receive any response. My party of four had to find a room last minute late at night, not how I wanted to start my vacation :-( Didn't receive check in info from the host until the next morning, one day after our scheduled arrival and only because VRBO support had to get involved. No apology or accountability whatsoever from the host on the lack of communication, blamed it on the VRBO app. Not sure what they do with the cleaning fee because the furniture and pillows had stains, the pool and outdoor area was not clean, in fact the outdoor furniture was dirty and had mold. There was an odd smell when arriving to the property and made my stomach turn, one of the bathrooms smelled of mold. The master bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat and decorative pillows were stained. The fence in the back yard was falling apart, not a well maintained property at all and a terrible experience altogether. I took pics of the property but not seeing that I am able to share. I am still trying to get reimbursed for the additional expenses I had to pay out of pocket for my first nights stay. I would not recommend staying at this property if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would have given this experience 0 stars (horrible) if that was an option. Note to self when traveIing - if you can't find reviews on a property there is probably a reason why and book elsewhere.
