Winter get away to AZ

Property was just OK. Very short on kitchen items based on number of bedrooms. Property needs a lot of TLC and a good deep clean. Location was good.

Some issues but over all ok.

The property worked well for us except there were only 4 towels, and the sheets were dirty. We washed the sheets on day one and since we brought our own blankets it was fine. We had to buy towels. Also the wifi name and password were wrong on the email. We found them on a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer.

Met our Needs But some issues

The house was good. The common areas were great for a family gathering. Main bedroom and bath was fantastic. The other three bedrooms were very small. Nice neighborhood and great location for our needs. Biggest complaint is the kitchen items that we needed to cook basic meals were missing. No mixer, pot holders, cookie sheets and the pots and pans were in terrible condition. Had to go to the 99cent store to purchase measuring cups and spoons. Loved the backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and had plenty of room for the dog to play. The bathroom needs some repairs and safety bars in the tub. We had a wonderful family Christmas there, but would have been even better if we were not constantly looking for common household items that we needed.

South Mountain is a must see

We had nine people in our family staying here and it was perfect for us. The home is very spacious with places to hang out inside and outside. We had everything we needed and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfect. I’d definitely recommend this home to those visiting Phoenix! South Mountain park and preserve is only four minutes away with lots of hiking trails. It’s a must see for those who stay here. If hiking isn’t your thing you can drive to the Dobbins lookout tower and get a spectacular view of Phoenix!

beautiful home, exactly as listed

A beautiful spacious home with more room than we needed. Location was excellent for hiking in the South Mountain area as well as Easy Access to downtown Phoenix. Home was well equipped for all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Phoenix stay

I would have given 5 stars but the master bedroom has sheer curtains...The home was immaculately kept, the house was as the pics posted on the website. The backyard was amazing & well kept. The only thing I would correct is in the master bedroom, it needs darker curtains as the lights from the backyard which are on a timer shine thru the sheer curtains that are there now & also the morning light but aside from the curtain situation, everything else was amazing. This is an amazing property for kiddos & adults. The open layout is great for family of 6 to 8 people without bumping into each other.

Internet Troubles

The stay would have been rated higher but the internet was not functional the entire stay and two of the individuals are in the medical field and could not perform critical work they were planning. Internet connectivity was expected and we feel there should be some compensation returned for not having this available.

Modern and clean

The house was modern, clean and very spacious. I had my whole family staying in the home; 6 adults. We had plenty of room. The back yard was wonderful. We enjoyed spending a portion of everyday outside enjoying the weather. Dennis was very gracious and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting this home!
