Horrible
The entire experience of this facility was horrible. I was informed at time of reservation that I would receive an email with check in instructions. No email was sent. We checked in at 5pm on our day and when we arrived at our room they were still cleaning it. I was notified that the TV in the bedroom was missing and that maintenance would be coming by shortly to replace it. They came to replace but left not cable box or remote so it was useless. There were 4 of us staying in that room and I had NO sheets, blankets, pillows or towels for the 2 other guests. I called to request said items and they brought all but pillows. I had to call back and request pillows and they only brought 1 and informed me that was all they had on the property. The smell is a horrible, stale cigarette smell that permeates ALL our belongings and it was difficult to breathe. Even with the window opened, it did not help. There were small cockroaches crawling across all counters, I have a picture of it on the bathroom counter but scattered off in the kitchen. I have friends and family in Phoenix and I will be telling them to notify everybody they know that this place is horrible. and to not stay at this place.
