Great place for a get-together with family. Had everything we needed for cooking meals for our group while we were there. Home is centrally located in town where all needs are less than 10-15 minutes away.

Wonderful spacious VRBO!

Was in town with my husband, 2 sister-in laws and a niece for the celebration of our great nephew’s high school graduation. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us. Plus, a great pool!! Close to the Heritage District, which is a great walking area to explore. Lots of great places to eat or have a cold one. William was very accommodating . Look forward to staying here again!

Best House for a Get Together

This house has it all! We had a family get together and this house surpassed all my expectations. The pool was great, hot tub nights, pool table games with the family, movies on the big screen, perfect entertaining space! The neighborhood was so quiet and safe. Close to downtown Gilbert which is a plus! Great communication with the owners!We will definitely stay here again!

Fun friend getaway place

The home is lovely! Lots of great amenities! Efficient communication with host and is quick to respond. Location was perfect for us. Outside space is exceptional! Next time we are in town we will absolutely stay at Jake’s place again.

2025 Phoenix Golf Trip

Outstanding property. Best property in our last 5 golf trips. The host was superb at communicating with me from the beginning of the booking process. All of us commented on the quality of the beds! The pool table brought some laughs, as most of us had not played in years. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Short stay as we move our kids in to Gilbert AZ

Such a wonderful place!! well equipped with lots of things for daily use example tea, coffee, seasoning. Beds were all comfortable plenty of space love the pool and lots of fire pit area.

Jake's place, great place!

My daughter's wedding was the next day, and I decided to book Jake's place to get our hair and makeup done there for her wedding day, and spend some quality time with her and the women in our family. The house felt cozy and like home. It was clean, and the temperature was very comfortable. The spa was hot and a great place to decompress. The bathroom had everything we needed, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, even makeup remover cloth. Everything was great and we had a great time. The location was ideal for us to be close to the venue, less than 15 minutes. Communication with the owner was always a pleasure, and he was quick to answer my questions. I would recommend Jake's place to anyone who is looking to come to the Chandler/Gilbert area with family.

We stayed at the house for our daughter's graduation from ASU. We had unseasonably warm weather and we were able to enjoy time outside. We had a family meal and the pool table and fire tables were a hit. There was plenty of seating and the interior of the house was very clean.The bluetooth speaker was especially appreciated!

Perfect location/great house/great communication

We came in for a family wedding in the area and this house was in the perfect location for it. There was 8 of us staying here and we all had our own space when needed. We also enjoyed the pool table and the backyard/fire pit area. I have rented many vrbos and i do have to say the communication with the owner was one of the best that i have ever dealt with. Thank you again for opening up your home!

Beautiful House

We just made a quick stop in Gilbert and Jake's place was a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood right down the road from downtown Gilbert. The hot tub was so nice with the cooler weather outside. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Getaway Spot

Our trip to Phoenix was based around a National Climbing Competion with lot's of down time. With day long gaps in between competions, this location was PERFECT. It was close to our needed venue, but also a short drive to the Botanical Gardens and various dining opportunities. The swimming pool, pool table, and fantastic bedrooms provided great options for down time. The pool was a perfect break from the higher temps than we were used to and the house has plenty of space to hang out together, or find your seperate space for a nap. Also...the beds were amazing. First time I have ever come home and said "I slept better at our VRBO". Would absolutely recommend for a getway.

We loved our stay!

We stayed here for a girls trip. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Probably the best out of all my stays at hotels and VRBOs! The backyard was much larger than the picture and we enjoyed most our time by the pool. We didn’t do any cooking, so I didn’t look at what the home had as far as pots and pans. We did run out of hot water, but it could have been because 3 people were showering at the same time. Overall I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Very comfortable and clean

Traveled to AZ with some buddies for spring training. Jakes Place turned out to be better than expected. It's a convenient location for getting around most of Phoenix, very clean and well appointed, and a nice layout for a group of our size (5). Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Family Get Together

We stayed here the last week of February 2024 and couldn’t be more satisfied. 6 adult children, 1 10 month old , 2 elderly parents and my husband and I enjoyed 5 days here while in town for our son’s wedding. Quiet area, close to downtown Gilbert, very clean and lots of room for our family. Our host was always available for questions and very helpful. Highly recommend!
