It was bad from the start. $900 for 2 nights with a city view and I get there and front desk tells me “so all of those rooms are unavailable but we can give a complimentary partial city view with balcony and if you don’t like it come let us know” it was 4 floors up looking at a couple buildings and the homeless in the street. I went downstairs and told them it wasn’t what I expected and paid for and a different person at front desk says “oh yes we have a city view we can give you on the 18th floor!” Why couldn’t you do that the first time instead of trying to take my room and giving me a subpar room then selling my original room for more to someone else? We get up there, nice view, but dust everywhere. Some of the toiletries provided had mold everywhere. No microwave for my wife to heat a baby bottle up—had to pay additional per night for that. The parking place they tell you to park at is always congested and insanely expensive. Then I go to check out and I get slammed with more fees. I give the lady my email for the checkout receipt and I get no receipt, just a ton of Hyatt spam emails. Horrible.

Great amenities. The cafe and the restaurant downstairs were convenient, but the hot tub wasn't working the first night (it wasn't hot). It gradually became warmer as the weekend continued. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, museums, and the basketball stadium (Mortgage Stadium).
