Worth it for a short stay near Old Town & Fashion Square
This little place is a good alternative to a short hotel stay in Scottsdale. We went up for a short little stay-cation and the price made it worth it since with this place you get 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room for the price of a hotel in the area. The location is almost right on the canal path and super close to Old Town, The Waterfront area, and Fashion Square Mall. The amenities are pretty limited compared to most vacation type rentals as it's pretty clear this unit and the other 2 neighboring units are owned and managed by a larger company. So you probably can't put together a full holiday feast with what's in the kitchen, but it's enough to make yourself simple breakfasts and lunches to save yourself the cost and hassle of having to eat out every meal like you would at a hotel. It is also clean and well maintained with blazing fast WiFi. Overall I'd recommend for a short stay if you have business in Scottsdale or just want a simple place to post up for a local stay-cation since you're getting more room and amenities compared to a hotel.
