The room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a terrific job. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. When I mentioned that I was using the microwave on the B to heat water for my tea. The young lady at the desk had an electric kettle sent up to my room.

The room was very clean and neat. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Only draw back; the lobby was very cold, so trying to hang out down there was uncomfortable. Fireplace is for aesthetics only, it did not blow out any heat.

No instructions at check-in, no reminder of checkout time. One key card wasn't functioning. Towels were old and fraying. In room temperature was not adjustable even though I tried manually changing the temperature and the room was too warm. Location is great but that's about it.

I loved the location, which was close to everything -- shopping, dining, Rittenhouse Square, city hall and Love Park. The staff was great and very accommodating. I loved that they would hold my bags for me after checkout since I had a late flight and I loved that the hotel had a coffee shop and restaurant attached to it. My only complaint was the noise. It was an extremely noisy hotel. The walls are very thin and the people next to me were incredibly loud (but I could also hear small things, like the blinds being shut). My room was facing an alley, where garbage men came to empty dumpsters at 5 am (super loud) and there was some weird humming noise that made me checkout hours early because it was driving me crazy.
