Good apartment

The property is in a good location. Very clean and accommodating. Is very accessible and good price. The neighborhood is different of where I live and the beginning was for me hard to adapt. But the experience was excellent.

Be aware, no AC

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building. There is no AC, not even a window unit. The apartment was so hot we could not even stay there during the day when the sun was up. We also were locked out at one point. There are other tenants that stay there and they accidentally locked the bottom lock. So we had to wait for someone to let us back in. The host was very responsive and kind. However I will not be going back if we are in town again.

Wonderful apartment in great location

Spacious and comfortable, with every essential you could need. Apartment is completely updated and even has a washer/dryer. Great location that's walking distance to restaurants and to 69th St Station. Also the property owner was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. I definitely would recommend this great apartment.
