We checked in and room was never cleaned. Next room we got toilet had water leaking. Told front desk and no one came to fix it. We left room closed door. Came back it was propped open. Bathroom was half clean and bed never touched.

It was filthy with Pee stains and bed bugs I called best western with photos of the room and they did nothing. We did not stay there we left the filthy place, floors sticky. Please do not waste your money on this place. I would give no stars.

Wouldn't stay here again... dusty room broken lampshades sticky blowdryer but the worst was the bathroom cracked tile and the tub was not cleaned at all. We had to wipe out the yellow ring and someone elses hair housekeeping not available til 7:30am and we were checking out early tub doesn’t drain either. The room should have cost us $50 not $125 for the night 8 hours later after check out still waiting for a phone call from the manager. I've stayed in better motel 6 and super 8. This place is privately owned and terrible.
