Expedia charged my card. Whenever I got there, they said it hadn’t gone through but seen my reservation. She ran my card again. After our stay, I went to double check my bank account and Expedia charged me AND the hotel. I had to call twice to get a refund. The first person reported that they had refunded it but I didn’t receive it and thus had to call again.

Stayed at this hotel many times, but it is sadly going down in need of repair. Won't be staying there again. Also, you would think for a frequent guest, they would give you a room with a view other than the rooftop air conditioner. Left curtain closed entire stay. Desk staff not knowledgeable about area, sent me to greasiest Chinese restaurant in town. Bathroom smelled, tub dirty, bathroom in need of repairs, TV remote didn't work well, curtain didn't close all the way so light came in all night (light that probably illuminated the hvac units).

Yes, the room was clean, staff was excellent courteous to me and my date. The room had some lady bugs on the ceiling and a few minor maintenance things I noticed bc I do construction work and use to be a Marriott employee at one time. The hotel view was everything I asked for I even proposed to my date while looking at the sunrise in the window view. Parking fee should not apply as you already pay for a room, .

The door deadbolt engages when you leave the room causing the door to remain ajar all day if you don’t look behind you after leaving. I had to have the front desk staff help me get the door closed twice. It’s a known issue and I saw other doors ajar all day. It was scary to come back to an open door and then frustrating to find out it is a known door defect.
