Wonderful stay for our son's fall Penn State graduation! House was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was snowing when we arrived and owner was there clearing the driveway, which was greatly appreciated! Easy drive to Penn State campus.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Lots to do- sadly we were there for little time as in the area for wedding and all the activities that go with it. Definitely a place for fun stay- fireplaces, pool table , games and lot of places for just relaxing

Had a wonderful stay at the house. Came for a graduation and turned into an engagement in addition. The beautiful landscaping gave a perfect backdrop for photos of the event. Epic House

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at what our grandkids immediately named the Epic House—and they weren’t wrong! From the moment we walked in, the home had a great vibe: spacious, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for both family time and quiet moments when needed.The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the layout worked beautifully for a multigenerational group. We especially loved relaxing by the gorgeous fire pit in the evenings—such a treat!We were in town for our grandchild’s competition at Penn State, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were friendly and quick to respond anytime we had a question.

Wonderful Graduation Weekend

We went as a family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The property was amazing. So much space. It was perfect to come back to the house and have our own family get together instead of trying to find reservations far away from campus. We were tuck away in the most beautiful location!

Spacious Private Escape

Our group of 8 adults stayed at this beautiful house for a concert weekend getaway. The house was very spacious allowing everyone to have their privacy yet also providing many gathering rooms for the group to hangout together and have fun. The house was more than what we expected and was well stocked with linens, towels and household needs. We will definitely rent this house again in the future when in the State College area!
