"Very poorly managed property. We rented a “premium suite” (room was not as described) for a rare night out and were looking forward to a restful stay and chance to use the amenities we paid for. Instead our room was not ready at 4pm (the scheduled check in time)
We were told that the delay was caused from college graduation weekend. Meaning it was a totally predictable high turnover time! Management failed to prepare accordingly and our plans were completely derailed. we didn’t end up in our room until after 7pm because we came back to inquire, although we were told we would receive a call. unacceptable. Won’t be back and I will bad mouth this hotel as frequently and harshly as possible. Go to hotel Vermont instead"
