The bed was high in the middle and low on both sides so we were almost falling off the bed all night. The bathroom amenities dispenser in the shower was in the wrong spot. It was right to the left of the showerhead so you had to get soaked just to get the shower gel out of the dispenser. The other rooms that amenity dispenser is not right next to the showerhead.. No matter what temperature I set the thermostat on it’s still kept getting hotter in the room so it was too hot so I had to open the windows a couple of times. I’m thinking there’s something wrong with that. Everything else was great in the room.

I would absolutely stay again! Check in was smooth and met with friendly face. Provided with all the details of suggested restaurants in a cute little packet along with the details of the manager's social hour that was on certain days and the hot breakfast. The "hot breakfast" was a little differenr each morning which was nice. Of course also had some healthy options of oatmeal yogurt and freshfruits. We had a cute fireplace suite which was very accommodating for my mom, dog, and I. The pull out isnt very comfy, but whay pull out really is anyways. The staff was super friendly and helpful each time they were engaged with us in conversation. Walking distance from a good chinese restaurant right across the street which was perfect for Christmas Eve dinner. Property was well taken care of and prepared for the snowy weather.
