Fabulosa unidad de East End en Beach Colony Resort

Lo invitamos a ser nuestro invitado en la torre más nueva de Beach Colony en nuestra unidad de East End. Con solo 2 años, este edificio fue construido después de Ivan. De los de gran tamaño (300sq. Ft.) Balcón, verá algunas de las mejores vistas de una de las playas más bellas del Golfo. Desde el rincón del desayuno, encontrará impresionantes vistas de Perdido Bay y Johnson Beach State Park.

Al entrar por la puerta principal, se sentirá como en casa en nuestro condominio cómodo y bellamente decorado. A través de las puertas dobles a la derecha, ingresará a nuestro amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha independiente. Al final del pasillo opuesto, encontrarás los otros 2 dormitorios con camas queen en cada uno. Estas habitaciones tienen su propio baño, así como un televisor de pantalla plana de 23 "con DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene encimeras de granito. La sala de estar tiene un gran sofá envolvente con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", DVD y estéreo.

Exclusive Beach Colony Resort está ubicado en 11 acres de fabulosas playas. La Torre Este tiene 2 ascensores con solo 4 unidades por piso. En la propiedad se encuentran 3 piscinas (1 climatizada), canchas de tenis de arcilla y un gimnasio.

Una vez que haya pasado tiempo visitándonos, sabrá que ha encontrado su nuevo "Hogar lejos del hogar".

This home was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and the location was amazing with great views of the beach and the pool. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Will stay here again on our next visit for sure.

The dark photos on the VRBO app DO NOT reflect how beautiful this condo truly is. To be honest I took a gamble by reading previous reviews and WOW am I glad I trusted them! This condo has the perfect set up to just relax both inside or at the balcony. The place has all you need to cook your own meals. Well equipped, clean and not cluttered. Everything is proportional and modern. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings. The two guest rooms have their own inividual small private balconies facing North into Perdido Key. What can I say about the view, WOW! The breakfast nook has a large uncovered window that faces directly east, giving you "The Perfect Wiew of the Sunrise". The main back balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom or the living room. You will have a 180 degree view, bringing part if Perdido Key and the entire Gulf of America straight to your lap. The Beach is literally your Backyard! Just one elevator ride down and you can enjoy both the pool and the sandy beach.I am so grateful to have had the blessing of spending quality time with my family here. Our daughter has been undergoing an intense Naval Course at Corry Station in Pensacola and this condo became both an oasis and true haven for our daughter to decompress and spend much needed down time. I highly recommend this condo.PS: Bring some laundry detergent, dish detergente, extra TP, napkins, and your favorite bath soap and shampoo. There is no regular bread t

We have stayed in this condo 2 times now and have loved it both times. The toaster oven was broken when we arrived, and even though it wasnt a major issue, Linda ordered a new one and sent it to the condo so that we would have one. We love staying here and will probably make it three times in a row next year.

Great place with a view

From the moment we stepped into this Perdido Key property, we were blown away. The sheer size of the place was incredible – plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. But it was the view that truly took our breath away. The expansive balcony offered a panoramic vista of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and we spent countless hours simply marveling at the beauty. The interior was just as impressive, with modern furnishings and a comfortable layout. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. This property is an absolute gem and we can’t wait to return! Beyond our expectations!

We cannot wait to come back and stay! The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked and the views from EVERY ROOM were beyond what we could have every imagined. We will certainly come back to stay. Linda was quick to respond and accommodating to any question we had. Highly recommend!!

Awesome!

The unit itself was exactly as stated. Plenty of space for the six of us. Access to the beach, renting chairs & umbrellas was so easy. The only downfall of the stay was the elevators. One was not working and the one that was had issues. Could not always get the numbers to push to get to your floor. We weren’t the only ones almost everyone else was having trouble. Worked maybe 50% of the time.

Better than the photos!

This is a beautiful condo in the East building on the 11th floor. Check in was easy with the lockbox code provided. The temp was in the high 90s all week and the condo stayed good and cool. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as cooking and eating. They don’t provide trash bags, or dishwashing detergent. Lots of linens, towels and extra pillows were available. We loved hanging out on the big balcony with pretty views of the ocean and pool below. The pool has no shade until about 3:30, then the whole pool starts to shade. Hot tub and indoor pool are located at the middle building. There is a beautiful sunrise from the breakfast room window. Two elevators with hardly any wait time, but they were hot with no fan or air. Nearby restaurants were Jellyfish, Oyster Bar, Lillian’s Pizza and Shrimp Basket. We went to all and they were all delicious. Very nice area and condo, we would definitely stay again.

Outstanding

This property is wonderful. Check in was very easy - keys were in lockbox on door. The condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. It was also very clean. Rooms were large and furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view. We stayed 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters (13, 10 and 4). Everyone loved it. We will definitely be renting this again in the future.

Beach Colony

We have stayed at Beach Colony in several buildings and condos. We have stayed in this unit before and the condo has had some decorative updating. This unit has the prettiest view from all sides. It isn’t in the newest building, however, as stated in the description. We did not have to contact the property owner/manager, but all written instructions were easy to understand and it was nice we didn’t have to go to an office nearby to check in or out. These units and this building lobby entrance and elevators are showing some age related wear. The glass is cracked in both elevators and the tile is cracked and broken on the lobby floor and the steps out front which are hazardous especially since these surfaces stay wet. Overall, Beach Colony is still one of the best locations in Perdido Key. We will be coming back to enjoy the area fishing and beautiful beach.

Beautiful & comfortable condo!

Loved our stay in this condo! Beautifully & tastefully decorated. Exceptionally clean, well equipped & comfortable. Outstanding location with gorgeous view, just steps from the beach and well kept amenities. Owner was quickly responsive to all communications and questions. Our only disappointment was that the pictured six comfy patio chairs on the balcony are no longer there. We were six adults & were looking forward to each having a comfortable chair for relaxing & dining on the balcony together. We were able to make due with the bench & 5 seats that were available though. All other parts of the condo were as pictured. We would definitely stay at this condo again, and hope that we can indeed do that sometime in the future. Thank you for such a lovely place to enjoy Perdido Key!
