Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 bath luxurious free standing home with views of the bay and the gulf and sleeps 14+. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips, will need to be reserved. Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa. This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. Elevataor is availabe with a handicap certificate.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
