When we arrived & opened the door, an overwhelming odor greeted us.After looking we found multiple spots of pet urine in the carpet.I messaged the property managers first thing the next morning.The smell was nauseating.They said someone would be out that day.At 4:30 I received a text, that was not intended for me, from the property manager asking their cleaning crew to come clean the spots because the “owner was coming to stay next week & they needed to take care of it.”They did not come that day as promised, but the next morning.They spot cleaned a few noticeable spots.There were obviously more areas of pet urine upstairs because we had to buy plugins to help mask the smell so it was tolerable.The rental states that it includes 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. This is not the case.My family arrived at the beach 45 minutes before they started setting chairs out so they would have a spot.They were pushed aside and looked over for an hour while other beachgoers were tipping the employees $50+ in order to jump line,& to get 5+ chairs.Within 20 minutes all of the chairs had been distributed & my family was left without.If you plan going to the beach, take your own chairs & umbrellas.While they do provide a shuttle, if you have multiple chairs, umbrellas then taking the shuttle is quite difficult.It states that the beach is a short walk away. I feel this is slightly misleading.The condo is new w/new appliances, furniture, etc. It was very clean except for the pet urine upstairs.
