Everything is fine. Bare bones but clean and all I need. But why is this Motel 6 charging $20 per dog. I thought the national Motel 6 policy was that 2 ‘well-behaved dogs’ stay for free.

The room was uninviting, with a few pieces of furniture and only one hard mattress on a bed frame. The room looked like a hospital room in a mental ward. The office manager was curt and unfriendly. He seemed inconvenienced and did not want to assist. He also required $50 deposit charge that was not posted on the Expedia site. The room was sterile and depressing. The manager was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. He refused to refund our money. We left Motel 6 because of the poor treatment we received. I do not recommend Motel 6 in Payson, Arizona. Don't waste your money or time. Warning: Stay Elsewhere!

Had a decent room for the first week. Once switched rooms, toilet leaked urine all over the floor. Checked out. Took all my stuff with me. Got charged an extra day and when I called to talk to them about it they told me they didn’t charge it even though it’s clearly showing on my bank statements and kept giving me the run around about my money.
