House was fairly well equipped in the kitchen for quick meals. Location was quiet and close to town. Entertainment room was fun. Beds were soft. House was clean. I didn’t know the pool wasn’t heated so sad we didn’t get to swim because it was too cold outside. Close to wineries and easy checkout process.

Great location for exploring the whole region. The house has so much to offer, we could have spent all of our time there. We didnt of course, but was nice to cool off in the pool in the afternoon. We were five adults and everyone had room to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!

Me and my 5 besties chose this home for our annual girls trip! The house and location are beautiful. I loved being up on the hillside. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had fun in the game room. Sitting at the outdoor table with fire pit watching the sun set was beautiful. The bathrooms were stocked with incidentals that came in handy and were appreciated. Management showed up quickly to resolve problems.

This is by far the most well appointed VRBO we have stayed at! Kitchen has everything a cook needs, the pool and hot tub are spotless and relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood and so peaceful. We will be back!

Great house

Perfect place for our family to chill for a week. The house is on a hill with a gorgeous view across Paso Robles, so morning coffee was enjoyed at the outdoor table with fire going. We spent a lot of time at the pool (lots of floaties), in the hot tub, and playing games in the garage.The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was well equipped from kitchen to bathrooms, well beyond what we have experienced in other rentals. We loved that this house feels like someone lives there, a bit different from other rentals that feel stripped down. It’s nicely furnished and very comfortable.The location is primo, a short drive to downtown in one direction and a large shopping center in the other. Very close to wineries, restaurants, and beaches are only 30 minutes away.

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of parking space. Also, the property manager reached out to provide an update that the rental was available earlier to check-in that was nice. The only down side to the rental was three things: the house smelled dusty, recommend opening the windows more often, the plugs in the restroom from the primary suite did not work that was inconvenient to find another plug away from the restroom, and lastly the air conditioner vents recommend changing them out they were dusty and can be a reason why the house smelled dusty and the AC has to work extra hard to cool down the house. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and will be willing to stay again at this rental.

Fabulous home in great location

We enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen is large and very generously stocked with high quality kitchenware and supplies. We thought the location was perfect, as it is quiet and secluded with a pretty view, but also a very short drive to downtown Paso Robles. The pool, hot tub, fire table, and game room provide lots of fun activities.

Beautiful secluded home at the edge of Downtown

Gorgeous mid century modern ranch style home a top of hill just at the south end of downtown Paso. Quiet, clean and full of all amenities anyone would ever need. Game room and pool/spa were fantastic.

Annual friends wine weekend

This property is centrally located to downtown Paso and fabulous wineries. Sitting atop a hill, you have beautiful views of the Paso Robles hillsides and wineries. We enjoyed all the amenities of this home and had a lovely long weekend!

Beautiful Home

The whole trip, my friends were complimenting me on finding such a great place to stay. Beautiful view from the hilltop. Just a short drive to downtown Paso. The decor was beautiful, very mid-century modern. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels to use around the pool and in the bath. There were multiple televisions. The game room was awesome. The pool and sunny pool deck was nice with comfortable lounge chairs for sunning. We made good use of the hot tub which was kept at a nice and toasty 104. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was a generous supply of cutlery and glassware. There were all the pots, pans, toaster, blender you could possibly need and both a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and a nespresso machine. In addition they had supplied basics such as coffee, sugar/cream, spices, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great place for friends and family!

Perfect location and they converted the garage into a play room - pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball, and a Texas hold em table. Too cold for the pool and hot tub, but we got in a few games of cornhole too. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. I would stay here again!

Perfect home base for Paso Robles

This is a great place to relax. The view from the living room was beautiful. The decor was chic and very mid-century, modern. The beds were comfortable. The linens were luxurious. There were multiple televisions. The bungalow format meant there was no stairs for anyone. The game room was a big hit with the kids, including ping-pong, Texas hold ‘em and pool tables and cards. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool, but we made good use of the hot tub, the gas grill and the ´firepit’ table. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was a generous supply of cutlery and a plethora of glassware. There were all the pots and pans you could need as a foodie and both a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and an nespresso machine. In addition they had supplied basics such as coffee, sugar/cream, spices, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar. Seriously short trip to the cute downtown and a load of nearby wineries and vineyards. We want to come back.

Wonderful Property!

This property has it all - a pool, a hot tub, a game room! Plenty of space for myself and 4 friends! Loved the outdoor table with fire pit - sat out there at night playing games and drinking wine. I would definitely rent this house again!
