This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. Paso in the spring.

The house was lovely. All beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped Location was very quiet while still being close to town. Overall very nice stay.

Wonderful home. Clean and well stocked with all you need. Owner is accessible and very helpful. Nice one level with outside areas on front porch and fully fenced yard. Super comfy beds/linens. Fantastic rental.

Perfect location with everything we needed

It was a perfect location to walk to downtown and walk back after dinner. Each of the 3 rooms have a King bed and great linens. Both bathrooms were also good with nice ammenties. The kitchen had everything including lots of wine glasses :) Thank you for an awesome stay. I hightly recommend it.

Steve answered all our questions, gave recommendations for restaurants, activities, and area attractions. Great stay great location!

This was our second time staying at Charm on Chestnut and it was another perfect stay. The house is always so comfortable and in excellent shape with all the updated, necessary amenities readily available. Steve does a great job of checking in to ensure we have everything needed, including a selection of brochures for the local businesses. This place is a true gem! We enjoyed our stay at Steveā€™s comfortable one story home . It is about 5 min to Dowtown and 11 min from some wineries that we went to . The kitchen is big enough to cook dinner and have a sit down meal with 5 adults . The beds are very comfortable, large bathrooms and showers . Only one small tv in living room, no tvs in any of the rooms. If you need a tv .

Perfect Family Getaway

Charm on Chestnut is just thatā€¦ very charming! The owner Steve met us at the location and went over all the details needed for our stay and had much knowledge to offer about the local wineries and restaurants. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled, comfortably clean, and cozy home located within a short tree-lined walking distance to downtown. During our visit we visited the local wineries, beaches, horseback riding, and of course shops and restaurants in downtown. The location is perfect and the home is comfortable, spacious, and offers garage parking too. Thanks Steve for a pleasant vacation stay. We hope to visit again soon!

Paso Robles Charm

Excellent location close to downtown attractions including a small city park (which had a wonderful childrens playscape), shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. My husband and I walked to this area daily during the mornings and evenings with our dog. Many businesses were dog friendly and had water bowls in front of their establishments for customers walking with their dogs. The home was very well appointed. Kitchen had all items necessary to prepare meals. Nice side yard with large umbrella covered dining table. Gas grill available but we did not utilize. The use of a garage was wonderful. Washer and dryer worked well. Nice covered front porch to enjoy cool mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was comfortable to sit upon. All the beds were noted as comfortable by my family. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood. We also noted it was well located to area attractions within 30- 60 minutes driving. We spent a day exploring Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, and Spoonerā€™s Cove( dog friendly beach). We would definitely vacation at this rental again.
