Originally built circa 1901 during the Mature Mining Historic Era (1894 - 1930) of Park City. This home has been completely reconstructed into a modern masterpiece in the heart of Old Town. Sitting on an oversized double lot and extending between Norfolk Avenue and Crescent Tram, the home now boasts 3,474 sf, with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. The main floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen space, as well as a main floor master bedroom. Patio doors open to the heated outdoor living space that surrounds the house on three sides. Radiant heat, A/C, heated driveway, heated walkway. All within very easy walking distance to Town Ski Run and the excitement of Park City Main Street.



You'll discover five bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom, filled with natural light, features a large ensuite bathroom, a plush king bed, a large TV, mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a dedicated workspace
