Great stay!

The room was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kiddos (ages 4 and 7)! The property was very well-maintained and right on the beach.

Amazing getaway

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Easy access and people in office were friendly. Only thing I would suggest is a headboard for the bed so your pillows don't keep falling on floor, and moving the bed and couch around. Other than that I would go again tomorrow! And recomwvryoen

Good, but not great.

The location was great. The cleanliness was not so great. And there was prior water damage that was not disclosed to me before arrival. The warped walls and use of an dehumidifier were my clues. When i asked the proprty mgt about it, they were quick to respond and even came out to check on it but did not give an update after they came on site. The kitchen was wonderful. You can tell they invested the upgrades. The bed was uncomfortable and it could hvae used a dresser of some sort. Great for a quick getaway, not so much for longer trips.

FIRST TIME PERFECTION

This was the first time I have ever seen the beach and I am nearly 50 years old. This was also my grandson's 8th birthday present from us. The property was just as described and they went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. I have no complaints and will definitely book again. I already miss it!! Thank you!!

Top of the gulf

Overall is was just okay, I wouldn’t stay here again though. Our tv wasn’t working upon arrival. I advised them immediately, but didn’t receive a replacement tv until our trip was almost over. They replaced the tv while we were out and we came back to find a few nuts and bolts in our bed. Speaking of the bed it’s an old spring mattress that pops and creaks with two small flat pillows. The location and view was nice though.

Clean & cute

This was a great property. It looks exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and had great security. The only part I didn't care for was that we couldn't get more towels midweek and I wish somewhere it would have mentioned the bathrooms off of the lobby. We didn't find them until our last day & we're going all the way to our room from the pool or beach. So over all I give it a 9.5/10 and would stay there again!!

Great Stay

We really liked Top Of The Gulf. Our studio was just as described in the ad. Clean with a modern beach feel. Excellent view of the beautiful white sand beach and pool. Management went above and beyond our needs. The employees on the property were exceptional! I will definitely go through RealJoy again!

Girls' Trip

We loved the property. Our view was beautiful amd our stay was perfect! The only thing I would have changed was the coffee pot. We could not get it to work. The filters were odd shaped and the inside of the pot was very black. Otherwise, perfect. The coffee pot gave us a reason to go to Starbucks!
