Great property and convenient area!

The room was clean and well stocked. The 4th floor was very convenient as the elevators are very slow and was torn up one day of our stay. It needs to be communicated that the parking passes are NOT included and cost an additional $80 at check in. Overall great trip!

Great Condo

The condo itself was great!! We did travel during a holding weekend so toward the end of our stay the crowd was a little more than we like when we travel. They also had 3 elevators but only one was working for two days so that made waiting very long with the amount of people that can stay at this property. The pool and beach were amazing and the condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Would consider staying here again just not during peak times.

May 2024 - PanamaCity Beach Family Vacation

Spent one week in this condo and had a great stay. Condo had everything they listed and everything we needed. Super friendly staff in towers. Location was great. Elevators were quick. Deck/balcony was large and had a great view. Would definitely stay again.

The beachfront condo was very nice and clean. I had issues with the tvs. One wasn’t working at all and the other only had three channels. The WiFi was very weak.

Relaxing with beautiful views.

Property was as expected. Very nice. The corner unit had incredible views. Wish there had been a list of recommended activities and local favorite restaurants. We were very comfortable and loved our time.

Worst stay EVER for $4000.00

We arrived to Panama City on a Sunday. Upon arrival we made our way up to the room after finally finding a place to park in the garage. Even though they say you have parking it’s a rat race to find it. The showers were moldy along with a grossly streaked refrigerator. We had wristbands left for us in the room and I had purchased a parking pass Prior to arrival. We were heading out to dinner Thursday to only find our vehicle towed and had to pay $300 to get it back. Do not book through Realjoy vacations or you will have a killjoy vacation So, if you plan on staying here DON’T!!! Worst beach vacation we’ve ever experienced.

Power kept going out

Power went out several times. Had to constantly use steps due to inadequate elevators. Drinks at the tiki bar changed prices daily and the parking situation is totally unacceptable. Each time you left garage you would have to circle around for at least 30-45 minutes for a spot and we had an oversized vehicle an there were no parking spaces inside big enough. Ended up parking illegally most nights

Great stay/ parking pass confusion

Everything was great, easy and professional. I received an email that said our parking pass would be on the kitchen counter , but I actually had to get from the lobby. I arrived after hours and it was unclear how to proceed as no one was on duty. I picked it up the next morning, no sweat, but was a few trips back and forth between towers to get it figured out. You also have to register with the coa to get the pass, so do it before you arrive to save some time

Memorial Day with no sleep

I don't normally leave reviews, but for the amount of money paid I felt that a review was necessary. The bedding was horrible. The lack of sheets and blankets left a lot to be desired. The pillows were the worst that I have ever used, and I have traveled to all 50 states. They were basically non existent. For the amount of money that we shelled out for this property one would think that the bedding and the awful pillows would be adequate. They were not! No one ever had a good night sleep. The beds were uncomfortable, no extra bedding, and the worst pillows I have ever seen.

Best location & beautiful views

We had the best girls trip! This property was perfectly located and right on the water. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. The owners were very quick with responding and gave us lots of helpful info. Would definitely recommend!

The family and I love the Grand Panama Resort. This makes our second time staying there and we love it. Both rooms was great and the people was really nice . We will definitely be back very soon .

Spring Break with Grandkids!

Everything was wonderful! The beautiful view, the comfortable space, the amenities, and the walking distance to restaurants made for week filled with fabulous memories. It was especially exciting to see the FIGHTER JETS fly over daily. Thank you!

Loved the condo and balcony was great. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful as well. The only negative was the twin beds. They were so hard no one was able to sleep in them. The other beds were great.

Awesome stay!

Very comfortable and being a bit of a clean freak, was very pleased to find it so nicely done. Location very good, our bed was comfy. Kids room on street side pretty noisy on the weekend but to be expected. Needs just a bit of paint touch up on cabinets in front bathroom and kitchen. Gave it a 5 because of location, cleanliness, and easy check in/out.
