Tres pasos hacia la playa es solo eso ... camina por la puerta de atrás y literalmente estás metiendo los pies en las playas de arena blanca y azúcar de la Costa Esmeralda. Disfrute de un entorno tranquilo y relajado con excelentes comodidades. Las olas se estrellarán en las primeras horas de la mañana ... así que asegúrate de sentir la brisa del golfo y ver a las marsopas que se alimentan de la orilla. Deje atrás su apretada agenda para el descanso y la relajación.

Esta casa adosada frente al golfo de 2 pisos ofrece mucho espacio para la familia. El primer piso ofrece una sala de estar abierta con sofá cama, cocina, comedor y medio baño. Para mayor comodidad hay una lavadora y secadora. Disfrute de sentarse y observar el golfo en el patio del primer piso con asientos.
El segundo piso ofrece un rey maestro con patio privado y baño con doble lavamanos y combinación de ducha / bañera. Al otro lado del pasillo se encuentra el dormitorio de invitados con una cama doble y 2 camas individuales y baño privado con combinación de ducha / bañera.

El condominio ofrece acceso WIFI.
Ubicado en el área apartada de Inlet Beach, Three Steps to the Beach es una excelente ubicación para relajarse y descansar, pero aún se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil de excelentes tiendas y restaurantes. Amazing!!!

This was a perfect location on the beach and away from the hustle & bustle. It was very clean & spacious for our family of 4. Views are amazing! Love that it came with 2 bikes as you can bike into town. Great communication with property management company. We will be back!

Amazing Stay

Our week’s stay at Three Steps to the Beach was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend a fall trip to the area. The condo is close to very good restaurants and shopping. It could easily sleep six people. The beach was very clean and quiet where this property is located. We would return again!

Great Location

Great beach front home for our large family with small children. I would recommend this property to anyone. I would love to see the home come with more of the basic amenities such as blankets for lounging on the couch, beach towels, salt/pepper etc. but this certainly won’t deter us from staying here again!

Couldn’t be happier

This townhouse is a GEM! The proximity to the beach was the reason we chose this rental and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We have rented on 30A a number of time and this was the 1st staying in inlet beach. There is LOTS of construction going on around the beach, but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The townhouse was the perfect size as we had our family of four (2 under 3) and in-laws vacationing. The kitchen was well equipped, living area and beds comfortable. I loved the picnic table and chairs on the patio for easy alfresco dining and morning coffee as the kids played in the sand. We will definitely be staying here again.

Walk out the back door to paradise! We love to run the beach and this did not disappoint. The stars at night are like no other I’ve ever seen! The condo was perfect, absolutely had everything we needed! Counting the days to once again visit.

Right on beach- really 3 steps Condo Location/convenience Publix 3 min away ice house fish store awesome and you can walk to get coffee donuts/breakfast sandwiches am Response of rental agent Need to Improve. Needs blankets no extra our nights were chilly More hand towels kitchen 2 more chairs for adults outside Balcony furniture needs cushions so hard could not use the upper balcony Things to consider The stairs going up to bedrooms r very step, if anyone has mobility issues or elderly Sharing your outside area with neighbors (we had really good ones and really bad ones)

We enjoyed our stay! SO close to the beach without zillions of stairs to go up and down to the beach. The location was perfect with a quick commute either direction to restaurants and attractions. No complaints !

Amazing location and views

We loved staying at three steps to the beach! And it literally was three steps to the beach - the best part! The kitchen, living room, and all of the bedrooms were so spacious. We rented bikes and took the back roads to 30A area. It was truly perfect. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip down south!!

Relaxing quiet and so close to ocean

This was an amazing rental. Our first trip to the area and after exploring all the beaches we felt like we made the best choice in location for us. The master has an ocean view and you can hear the waves as you sleep. Having a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen equipped with everything was perfect.

Excellent location!

My family and I have stayed in this area three times now, and this has been our favorite rental so far. The location is second to none. Having four kids, it was so convenient to walk right out to the water. If we needed a snack, towel, or anything else, we could walk right back to the condo to get what we needed quickly without having to walk too far. The beach had a very secluded feel. There are no high rises directly near Inlet Beach. There were no crowds, although Panama City is near if you need to make a trip to Publix, Target, or go out to eat. The Donut Hole and Bubba's Pizza are very close near by for convenient meals. The decor of Three Steps is excellent, especially downstairs. Overall, the cleanliness was good. The bathrooms could use updating, but they work well enough. It's a minor complaint considering all of the great things about this place. The cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, and appliances all worked well. I would suggest adding more spoons and non-stick pans/griddle to the kitchen supplies. Otherwise, the kitchen was well-equipped; we were able to cook several meals utilizing the kitchen supplies. There are puzzles and games in the downstairs closet, the TV worked well, and the furniture on the deck/porch were comfortable. It was nice to sit at the picnic table and watch the waves.
