This condo is exactly as described, GORGEOUS! Our party of 9 checked in July 5th and checked out July 12th. Our week in this condo was absolutely perfect. The openness of the condo gave us all plenty of room to move around and relax without begin on top of each other. We never waited for an elevator, parking was easy and convenient, and the grounds were always clean and secure. The booking process was so smooth because the owner is easy to work with. I strongly recommend booking this condo. You will not regret it!

Great Stay!

This condo was perfect for our 3-family group. We had everything we needed in the condo. The beds were comfortable, there was a bathroom for each family, a bunk room for the kids, and there was plenty of seating for meals. The balcony was our favorite spot! It was a perfect sitting spot at all hours of the day (but it gets really sunny late afternoon)! My only complaint with check-in was that the codes were not given to us immediately and there were several different codes: one for the lobby/pool areas, one for the condo, and one for the gym. Additionally, we had to ask for them, as well as the wi-fi password. The owner did respond fairly quickly. Everything else was great. I highly recommend.

Family summer beach vacay

We take our grown children and grandchildren to the beach every summer. We are always looking for nice and easy accommodations. This condo had everything we were looking for. Plenty of space for us all. The biggest positives were the easy beach access, adequate parking and quick elevators. We had great views of the beach as well as the street access. Would definitely recommend. Will definitely rent again from this owner.

Accessible!

The condo was great! It was easy to navigate. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The best part about the condo was that it was accessible. Someone with us uses a motorized wheelchair and was able to navigate throughout condo- except onto the balcony. 2 of the showers are step in showers, which made life easier. And the ramp to the beach was completely accessible as well as somewhere dry to store the sand chair that was rented. Great stay and will recommend to others!

Relaxing vacation spot

We truly enjoyed our vacation experience at Marisol. We had a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and from inside the condo. The unit we stayed in was very well-maintained and very clean. The description and photos online were accurate. The owner, the maintenance personnel, and the property manager were all friendly and responsive.

Perfect

We have a large family and usually like staying in places that have plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we were not disappointed…. Very spacious and right on the beach….. easy access with all our items we carried down to the beach. Chairs which were included were perfect and the chair attendant was easy to work with. This place was just close to everything we enjoyed. Beach, good food spots, water park, and going golf…. I’d give it another star if possible. Host answered all the questions I had and replied very promptly every time I messaged…. Was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the fireworks on the fourth as well…. Great place and will rent again!!!!!!

Family vacation

This was the first time staying at Marisol. We stayed here with our 2 grown children and their families. The youngest one being 2 years old. The condo was perfect for our group of 10. We had enough room that we weren’t in each other’s way. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We never had to wait for an elevator and having the 2 sets of chairs were an added bonus. Whenever I had a question about the Condo, the property manager answered me right back. We would definitely rent this Condo again!!! We enjoyed it so much!

Everything about this condo was perfect!

The condo was everything that was pictured and described and more. It was perfect for our family which included four teenaged boys. It was beautiful and the layout couldn't have been better. We loved the views from the balcony and the master bedroom. We really liked that it wasn't one of the huge complexes and we never had a problem with having to wait on the elevators. Even the young man that worked in the building/parking lot was extremely kind and helpful. We had a question for Jimmie while we were there and he answered immediately. We will definitely come back here!
