Okay property

Code did not work! Door was unlocked and unable to be locked the entire stay chairs on balcony were dirty! No beach chairs like the description said.

Amazing view

Loved the condo. Very spacious for 6 people. The cleaning could of been better. One thing that was irritating, the parking. The garage area is very tight and finding a parking spot was not easy. Overall our trip was amazing.

3 day getaway with the grands

The unit i stayed in was amazing! Clean, well stocked and plenty of room. I read reviews before we went and was a little apprehensive but i dudnt experience any of the thongs people complained about. Tje queen bed could use a better mattress but thats the ONLY thing i can think of that is a "complaint". The pool and hot tub was plenty big but the parking garage really needs to be expanded somehow. It just took a little while to get a space. All in all we had a wonderful time and plan on doing it again next year! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Great location, clean, but needs updating

Location is great, unit is clean but needs fresh paint and new carpets and furniture in living room. Chairs are more outdoor than indoor and very uncomfortable. Box springs in 2nd bedroom are noisy when just rolling over but mattress is comfy.

We paid over $2,000 for a condo that wasn't clean, comfortable, or functional. Would not recommend Grand Panama to anyone and we will not be staying there again.

False advertising

The photos for this property had to be taken years ago. Everything is run down, broken, old, and dirty. The overall grounds for grand panama were great though. Very clean and well maintained. I will happily stay at ANOTHER condo at grand Panama again.

Upon arrival the condo had a odor and the walls had damage the outdoor table broke was not the cleanest and the guest bedroom did not work plus had a few bugs and all report Would actually appreciate some kind of refund so to lack of cleaning and condo condition We have used VRBO for years and have never had any problems except for this one WILL not be back to this condo unit Any refund would be greatly appreciated Pam

False advertisement

Rented this condo for the 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths as we had 5 people staying and didnt want to have to worry about everyone sharing 1 shower. Master bath shower was in the process of being redone and was completely unusable. But that was never communicated with me. Balcony had small piles of sand and dirt all over, clearly indicating the balcony wasnt cleaned after previous renter. And second bedroom had water damage right outside bathroom door that was still wet and had warped the floor, so the person staying in that room kept flip flops by the bed so they didnt have to step on the wet floor with there bare feet trying to leave the room. Very disappointing for what we paid for the unit. Definitely not worth the money.

Girls trip cut short

We go to PCB every year around this time for a girls get away. I have always felt safe and secured with the locks in most places we stayed. This particular unit had 2 deadbolts so at first I felt good with that. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but unfortunately on night 3 we had some guys try for over 10 minutes to get into our unit. This is when I realized that BOTH deadbolts unlock with the code. I just dont understand the point of the second deadbolt if the code unlocks both. This all happened about 10pm at night and we ended up driving home that night because none of us felt safe at that point. Also to contact security I had to go through 3 transfers. Its unfortunate that this happened..we missed 2 days of our vacation. We had an issue with a bed bug on night one. All the bedding was washed and we didnt notice anymore the rest of the time. The coffee maker didnt work. There is no light on the balcony that we could find and I never could get the bedroom balcony door to lock. The price I paid to stay for 2.5 nights was definitely NOT worth it. I sent a message to the property manager as we were leaving early and it took over 20 hours to get a response and it was about the coffee maker not working. Definitely not a happy camper.

Perfect location

The condo is roomy and had everything we needed but they were low on spoons and forks - I usually bring plastic ones anyway. Love staying on this floor as it offers easy access to the parking garage. We love the view off the balcony and the curtain that gives some privacy to the bunk room.

Poor housekeeping.

The property was run down and dirty. There were missing light bulbs and no toilet paper or other essentials. We were very disappointed. We did not get the quality we expected with the price we paid.

Poor cleaning

When we arrived there was feces in one of the toilets, dirty wash cloths under bathroom sink, kitchen sink had stuff stuck all in it, hair on the bed sheets and ashes and toe nails on the balcony. I called the management company after we got there and they sent us clean linens and told us that someone would be out at 9am the next morning to clean. We decided to go out for breakfast right before the cleaning crew came. Once we got back we noticed that the cleaning crew came and only took the dirty linens but did NOT clean a single thing. We decided that it was too much of a hassle to continue dealing with and waiting for someone else to clean so we cleaned ourselves. I reached out to the management company Vacasa once we got back to see if they would make it right by at least reimbursing our cleaning fee but never heard back from them. I would not recommend renting any condo managed by Vacasa. The condominium complex was nice. They were constantly cleaning pools, grills, pool chairs and their public bathrooms by the tiki bar was one of the cleanest public restrooms I have been in. I felt like the parking fee was a little expensive at $30 per car. The luggage carts were hard to find during peak check in and check out times.
