Excellent location and amenities

We loved that everything that we truly needed was in walking distance, and there were so many options right there at the resort!! it was all very clean well maintained, and everyone was very courteous.

A week on the beach

The condo was exactly as described with breathtaking views. Communication with host was also good. Kenny was very prompt responding to any messages i sent. The condo was clean and pretty well kept. The fact that had a washer and dryer was super helpful being on vacation with my husband and 2 kids. I love that it had the bunks for the kids and pretty far from the bedroom for privacy. The property was also pretty well kept. They had security which were very nice and help make kids and i feel more comfortable. The only downside is we were there on spring break and knew it may be a little rowdy but, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but still a lot of college kids being loud and partying. Which kept me up a little bit later than I planned a few nights because the restaurants/clubs across the street and well as The vomitron/slingshot. The location of the summit Is perfect walking distance to a lot of Activities, As well as a short drive To ripley's believe it or not, arcades, Mini golf, shopping, A small amusement park and so much more. Only Thing I would do different is probably come a different time of year becauseIt was cold And rainy first couple nights, and Maybe a calmer time of year where could use The hot tubs. They stayed filled with college kids all day and night. As far as the condo maybe some funiture updates and a foam mattress pad, and minor maintenance to bathroom/tub,/ceilings as well as none slip bathmat but, other than that i would definitely stay again

Great condo!

This condo was exactly what we expected! It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the beach. Kenny was very responsive to questions and check-in was super easy. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great view from room. It is an older room. Could use some updating. Was sufficient for our needs. Especially for short notice. Property Manager was very reaponsive and courteous. This room may not be where u want to stay with kids. Some vulgar things were happening on a balcony by the pool. During daylight hours with kids swimming.

Great long weekend

The Summit was great. The tiki bar and bikini bobs are a great addition to vacation. The pool and the beach were clean and fun. Great times!

First time beach stay and loved it

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Location was good since we weren’t familiar with the area but many places to eat and do where not too far away. The beach was clean and access was easy. Elevator wait was not bad. All in all, very pleased with the condo, the location, and the price.

Summitt

This is one of the first properties on VRBO that we would not return to. The property does need updated. Several things do not work properly. The balcony and view were fabulous. Unfortunately our neighbors smoked. The balcony had a table and chairs. The cushions need replaced but it was nice to have a table. There was not a greeting when we arrived. We have always had a greeting and sometimes a treat. The greeting would include instructions. We had to call Kenny because we couldn't figure out how to lock the door when we left. Kenny answered right away and helped us.

Scam wrong property.

This was very bad. The toilet was dirty. The disposal was broken. The lock on the door was broken. Had someone tell me how to rig it shut. The furniture was dirty and torn. This was not the unit I rented. This should not be overlooked.Totally unacceptable. This was a SCAM’

Perfect Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect, and it was right on the beach. The condo itself was clean and cozy, but spacious enough for our family. There’s tons of things to do, and fun for all ages. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Experience

We had a great stay!! The condo is exactly as pictured with a beautiful Ocean front view from the balcony. The communication with the host ,Kenny,was always quick and polite. He explained everything and answered all of my "many questions" immediately & with respect. Even the employees at the front lobby were polite which made check-in a breeze. There are plenty of extra bed linens/pillows, towels and kitchen appliances! Bikini Bobs next to the pools is a good quick lunch if your spending the day out at the Beach or poolside. Don't worry if you forgot something,the Summit Market has anything you will need from condiments & charcoal to beer and toys🙃 The location was ideal for local attractions: only about a 15-20 min walk to Ripley's/Wonderworks ect. St.Andrews State Park is just a short drive to the right and there's a small attraction with a slingshot/go-kart track and more directly across the street!! Florida Watersports(walk across the road to the left) is a great family owned shop to get you fishing gear and bait at a good price they even have apparel/Icecream/snacks.. Check out the Banana Boat ride down at the beach shack-you won't regret that. Over all we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!! - Gissendanner Family

Much Needed Getaway

This was a shorter trip for us but very much needed and enjoyable! We loved being high enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views and also loved that we were far enough from the dj at the tiki bar that th noise wasn’t disturbing. We loved the condo and all fit comfortably and had everything we needed. Will be back!!!

Girls Getaway

The complex itself is older, but its with stood a plenty hurricanes. I felt safe and even though the Summit is older and bit outdated it was still nice. I did not have any issues with the elevators. The room was outdated as well but clean. It had a bit of a musky smell when we first arrived but after opening the balcony and turning the fans out it soon cleared. The kitchen is small but I did not come to the beach to cook! The shower/tub was very old and coming apart and the shower curtain was a bit moldy but other than that no complaints. I liked that the room was close to the end and had a great access to the elevators.

The summit

The bedding was stained, which did gross me out but I told the owner and he did say he’d talk to the cleaners about it. I just threw the bedding off the bed and slept under a sheet after I sprayed everything with Lysol. It also had a strange smell, and was a little outdated. The elevators was not and issue for us this time, we stayed in a much nicer condominium here a couple years ago. The owner was super nice tho I will say that and communicated very easily. The day before we left someone came to fumigate the place, which was odd to me but apparently that’s routine in these places. When I left I found bites on my back, I told the owner, so I’m hoping that he gets that took care of if that’s a thing there. However I did NOT see any bugs, I lifted the mattress up when I got there but didn’t unzip the mattress cover so who knows. Overall I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great price. Nicely decorated. Had everything a family could need. Definitely recommend. Only complaint is the closest elevator was out of service and the cleaning crew could've done a little better.

First, the elevator situation there is horrible. There were only 2 elevators for the whole place, sometimes you would wait 30 minutes to be able to get on. The room itself was OK. Kitchen is extremely small. So small the refrigerator door handle hits the stove handle across from it. The stove top still had food under the eyes from previous renters, and dishwasher was still full of dishes. The photos in the ad make it look way better than it really is. Overall the room was OK. But we will not be back to the summit just for the elevator situation. Much nicer condos out there for the price.
