Wonderful

Loved this location. Perfect place for a larger family. Plenty of room through the house. Our kids were very happy. Close walk to pool. Our only issue was the air thermostat kept going up during the day making it a little uncomfortable at night and during the day. Wasn’t able to figure out how to disable it, but we work our way through it. We would definitely go back!

Great stay in a comfy home

I would definitely book this home again. Good location with lots of stores and shops nearby. Property looks exactly like the pictures. Well stocked home. The master bed and bath are perfect.

This was a wonderful and comfortable house

Beautiful property. House was really nice and furnished very comfortably. Only negative thing was front bedroom carpet was stained but it looked like a year or so old. Back screen porch was great but screen door handle was broken. All in all would stay again and again and again. Thanks RealJoy staff for the great comfortable place.

Very gross carpet

The two main bedrooms were nice. The third room with bunk beds had carpet and it was awful. So gross and dirty. Not sure why it was not replaced. They charged us 400$ per fee for two dogs…. Didn’t seem accurate especially due to the condition of the carpet; all other floors were Vinal wood. The front door was difficult to close and lock. When we called about it they mentioned that it has happened before. Not sure why the delay in fixing it. Lastly, someone controls the air conditioning. Several times during our week stay we would notice the house was 76-78 degrees. The air was shut off. Even though we would set it at 70.

Tight neighborhood

Shared driveway with neighbor wasn't very fun. House was clean well laid out for 2 couples. Stayed 5 weeks the yard was very small .

Overall our stay was great! The only complaint I would say we had was the cleanliness of the floors. Our feet were turning black if we walked on the floors barefoot. We mopped the floors and it helped. The carpet was stained. The screened in patio was a little unkempt with grass growing through. Everything else was great. Extra linens. Close to the beach. We had a great stay. Would stay again!

Property was great. Only issue was main bath sink clogged when we arrived so someone had to have known. The flooring has been neglected of cleaning, otherwise, our trip was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

If only the weather had been as pleasing as the house! 😂

We were very pleased with this house, the weather however was not very cooperative. Lol. The rooms are spacious. There are two king beds, a full size sleeper sofa, a full size bed, a twin over twin bunk, and a pack n play available in the closet, which we didn’t need but it’s there. The linens were fresh and clean. Plenty of dishes. The only thing wrong was the shower head in the bathroom by the garage. The water pressure was amazing but it seemed to be blowing the shower head apart. It’s one of the removable heads which is also amazing but it didn’t seem to hold well against that much pressure and kept blowing apart spraying water everywhere. Other then that I saw no issues at all. I did let them know about it so hopefully they can get it replaced soon. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!!!! 😁
