The walls in this hotel are insanely thin. A neighboring room turned on their shower at 5 am and it was like standing under a waterfall. Could hear everything outside the door all night. The usually reliable embassy suites breakfast was awful.

Front Desk Staff "dropped the ball" as I had 2 1-night booking. I mentioned this to the night staff when I checked in that I would need the same room for 2 nights. When I looked to confirm this the next morning (as I was preparing to leave for meetings), I was told by the morning attendant that I needed to switch rooms, which I really did not have either the time or the patience for. After waiting for new keys and a new room assignment was provided (2 floors lower), i was making my way to my room to gather my belongings when the staff yelled over not to bother changing rooms. After that confusion, when I returned after a day of work, I was greeted to my keys no longer working forcing me to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. WOW!!!

We planned a parents and childrens overnight trip and needed somewhere that would accommodate 6 people. We came across here. Loved the location. There was fast food, groceries and places to visit nearby. Front desk staff was pleasant upon arrival, ehhh at check out. We needed the sofa bed (again 6 people) and there wasn't any bedding in the room. I had to walk to the lobby to request it where they have bedding bags put together. Apparently this is thier routine. I wish i would have known that before 10 pm. For a room that accommodates 6 people, there were 3 towels. We didn't know that until were were half way through showers. These things rubbed us wrong. Welcome reception was a nice event. The bar tender also ran the snacks. Although he handled himself like a champ, it's a lot for one person. Lastly the breakfast was good. Typical breakfast but good. I would return here.

The hotel is pretty old but n great shape. The staff was amazing!!! Friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with our room that took longer to be taken care of than expected but once it was things were great. They have a really great free breakfast buffet in the morning. The pool area is beautifully maintained along with the rest of the grounds.

Our weekend stay went great here with amazing staff and amazing service! The people that work here are the ones that truly make this place get 5 stars! Upon check in we realized our room did not have a sofa bed as booked online and Vanessa at front desk made sure to fix the issue immediately. Got the new room, it was nice and clean and a spacious suite with a brand new sofa bed plastic still intact my husband had to remove it. If we needed to request anything it was through text and was quickly delivered. The pool was fun for the kids and every morning was thoroughly cleaned, we saw pool cleaned every morning on our way to breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had good options to pick from and an omelette bar! Staff member there made sure everything was in stock and nothing was running low. Mike at the bar was great during happy hour, the first night we got there we missed happy hour by a few minutes and he still took care of us so we truly appreciated it. Aaron helped us with late checkout due to our son's sports tournament we were running behind and again Aaron and the staff made sure to help us out with what they could! Thank you staff for going above what is required of u to make this space and our stay wonderful!
