Wonderful house on the golf course

We stayed here for 3 weeks. Eric was a very responsive host. Location is an easy ride to Indian Wells for tennis, minutes from downtown Palm Desert and lots of golf. House was spacious and just as described. Tons of closet space and comfortable beds. Little pool across the street was so convenient. During our stay, the landscapers worked constantly — often starting before 7am — so ear plugs a must if you want to sleep in.

Great stay in Palm Desert!

The large house was very clean and location was perfect. We used only two BR and two baths; four BR is a bit of a stretch. Easy, but secure entry to the gated community. Communication with Eric was great....received answers to questions quickly and efficiently. Neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable; kitchen well equipped. I would definitely book again.

Storm in the Desert!!!

Property was outstanding. Well equipped with everything. Location was ideal. Due to the weather over the weekend we were unable to play golf but found the pro shop was very accommodating. Great trip for the family. Eric was a great host.

Great property

Location was great and the place was clean and well appointed. We opted for the amenities available at the club along with the community pool across from the condo keeping everyone happy! The view from the patio provided a ring side view of the course which entertained our budding 3 year golfer. Will definitely stay here when we return to Palm Desert. Great stay in the desert!

This house has pretty much anything you’d need for a great stay. Living room is comfortable and very bright and uplifting, the beds are comfortable, clean and the rooms are beautiful. The heated pool and spa is just steps away. The resort is beautiful too! Easy check in and check out process. Host is very kind and helpful. Will book again!! Thank you

Loved the four bedroom aspect of this Property

Loved the four bedroom aspect of this property that accommodated our two families. Due to this east facing property, the house and patio were on the cool side which would be perfect for warmer months. Loved being on the golf course with golf privileges and the home had two cruiser bikes which were used daily. Pool and spa were directly across the street. Great location to shops and restaurants on El Paseo. The house was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Homeowner was very helpful with a few minor issues. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Spacious and well maintained home in a relaxing setting. Quiet neighborhood, right across the street from the small garden setting pool and hot tub. Convenient for walking and jogging and close to restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful place and stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our holiday weekend at this house. It's very comfortable and roomy with everything you need. The surrounding community is great and we were able to enjoy the pools and pickleball courts (big hit with the kids!). It's also very close to El Paseo shopping and restaurants, hiking trails, and Living Desert Zoo. Communication with Eric was very easy - thank you! 5 stars all the way.
