We had a lovely stay. Home was clean. Host very receptive as the BBQ propane tank ran out and it was replaced the same day (thank you!). We used the hot tub once and it was very nice.

Great lakeside retreat

Very clean. Fantastic location on the lake. Lots of games and amenities for the whole family. Quick drive in to town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The host supplied every thing you need from kitchen items, coffee/hot chocolate to toiletries to games galore! There is more there than advertised which was a nice surprise. We used the paddle boards and kayak every day. Take note that the only AC is in the master, so the house can get warm during the day. They provide several fans though. This is clearly stated in the listing, so it isn’t a ding against them. We did have an issue with the cleanliness; however, the property manager was over immediately and the cleaning lady came as well. I gave this place a 5 star because the communication was above and beyond from the moment we booked and overall the house and location were awesome.

Just Book It!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! We received great communication beforehand and throughout our stay checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We really enjoyed using the paddle boards, followed by a nice dip in the hot tub. The property was very clean and modern and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on during vacation! We have already decided we will be going back next year!

This property did not disappoint. It was a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. The property was beautiful and all the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The view was amazing, very picturesque. Well done.

Beautiful Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed the area and paddle boarding on the lake. The kids didn’t want to leave and asked when we can come back!

Great lake house!

Our stay at the lake was great! The views are great. It felt private, despite being attached as a duplex, and the lake is awesome. We paddleboarded every day. The lake is a bit hard to get into if you aren’t very agile, as they don’t have a dock or path cleared. The house has all the basic supplies which made our stay easy. It’s 15 minutes from downtown and right off the highway. We like to walk in the mornings, and there isn’t any ideal walking areas right out the door. But with the lake right there we took advantage of being on the water instead. We were a bit warm during the summer day as the only room with AC was the primary bedroom. It would have been great to have AC units in the two upper bedrooms as well. But overall this house is a 5 star stay!

Nice Place

The unit is very nice and the attention to detail and comfort is evident for the interior. Location on the lake is great and close to town. The scenery is incredible. We enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding. Our experience would have been better if the yard was maintained in some way. It was overgrown weeds and dirt/mud. The weeds detracted from the view and made lake access difficult. It rained pretty much every evening and turned the yard into mud, which made it tricky since we had a dog. Again - great place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just some minimal yard maintenance would have made our stay perfect.

Very nice!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved being next to the lake and enjoying coffee sitting out on the porch each morning. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing we had an issue with was not being able to stay cool during the day. The house would get pretty warm, especially upstairs. We didnt realize there was only one ac unit and it was in the master bedroom. It didn't cool things down very well. Our kids were very hot upstairs.

Relaxing Visit in Pagosa Springs

Everything was as pictured with all conveniences in place. We loved sitting on the back deck in the evenings looking over the water. Great location and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place not too far from town.

Peace and Quiet.

This is an exceptional getaway for friends and family who want to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful and comfortable home on the lake. The deck is spacious and well equipped with chairs and tables, both shaded and in the sun, with views that only Colorado can offer. You will find everything you need including very comfy beds. :). Highly recommend!
