Nobody was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel. There were bags of dog poop outside my sliding door. I tried to call the front desk and the phone is dead. I never had WiFi connection. Never had hot water; couldn’t shower. Can’t stay here again.

We had no trouble with parking and really appreciated the multiple side accesses into the lodge. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The room was good. We ate breakfast on Monday morning! It was a sad breakfast! No meat like bacon or sausage. Everything was empty. No eggs or egg products. I asked the front desk for paper plates as there were none available. She came and refilled the bagels bowl. and put out foam plates and bowls. We did not eat there on Tuesday as it was a very sad breakfast.

The room was in good condition. It was rather nice, actually. The remainder of the lodge, the outside, the grounds... clearly they're going through a transition. The grounds and exterior of the buildings need a lot of work. It just does not look very nice at all.

We waited sir almost 1/2 a day to get towels, when only on e was left and it was 4 of us until we reminded them again. No wifi available, no no phone in the room. Breakfast was great and very attentive staff.

Where do I even begin? The phone in our room didn’t work, no wifi, broken handles, mold, paper thin walls, my kids and I had to listen to the couple next door have sex for hours. No one manning the front desk after 9pm. The breakfast was absolutely awful. This place need a complete makeover. The only thing nice about this place was the polite housekeeping personnel.

The hotel is old, but has a lot of personality. It is being remodeled. They have taken out the pool and are putting in a new one. Elavators worked. The staff was very nice and helpful. The building we stayed in did not smell bad, as other reviews stated. Breakfast was fine. Waffles were great. There wasn't sausage, eggs, or gravy, but there were breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave. The price was appropriate for the condition of the hotel. I think it will be very nice when the remodeling is finished.

We were unable to get to the property due to flooding in the area. Tried calling and calling to let them know we wouldn't get there and we had to book a room at Durango instead. They charged us for the room. No one ever answers the phone to talk to someone.
