The house is so beautiful. The views are amazing. This space set the stage for the most wonderful family reunion/birthday party. I feel like it doesn’t “sleep” as many people as it says since some of th beds/bunks are in hallways or random rooms which is not appropriate for an adult.

Good for large groups

This is a large, pleasant house in a nice neighborhood nestled amongst towering pines just outside of Pagosa. Convenient location, and the property management team is very good. Check in/check out is very smooth and efficient.

Lots of space for a multi family ski trip

We loved the place so much - lot's of space for a couple of families, and the house was fully stocked with supplies for our entire week of stay! We will definitely be back - the location is great for the Wolf Creek resort!

Amazing family vacation

We used Sky Vista Lodge as our base for our yearly skiing vacation. It was a perfect location and had all the amenities we ne we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all thr items we needed to cook dinner 3 nights and the restaurant recommendations were on point. This has plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy when needed but to also get together and hang out. Will definitely keep this place in mind for our trip next year.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of beds for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Location at east side of town is nice for access to Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Wonderful winter rental!

Excellent location between Wolf Creek ski area and Pagosa Springs for our stay the week between Christmas and New Year's! Plenty of space for two families with 4 total children, lots of natural light and very well equipped. The spacious garage parking was a huge bonus we didn't expect but were thrilled to have.

Perfect vacation spot for our hiking crew of 9

We met our faraway family members in PS for our annual hiking trip. This house was big enough for everyone to have their own bed, yet perfect for evenings at the dining table playing cards. Communication with the hosts was easy. Totally recommend!!
