Overall the stay was ok, the resort is huge and nice but we had a few issues. The room smelled like chemicals when we got there, I’m sure it was just what they used to clean the room but I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had a room smell so strong of chemicals. There was an extra fee to use the water park which was never mentioned during booking which upset my daughter very much because she really looked forward to playing and we arrived 30 Minutes before it closed and wasn’t going to pay $25 when I thought it was included. The front desk staff that checked us in also told me the wrong closing times for the water park so we thought we had a lot more time than we actually had. The bar at the pool was supposed to be open until 7pm according to the website but closed at about 6:15pm. We tried calling the restaurant to see if we could order Togo from there and the never answered multiple calls. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I definitely expected more only to be disappointed over and over again.

Fantastic property easy check in! Room was very nice! Whenever I needed anything from towels or extra soap it was delivered very quickly without any problems! Staff checked in regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall a fantastic experience!
