Thanksgiving stay

The biggest con was parking. We went round and round on how many vehicles could park at the house. I had to make multiple phone calls before our stay. There was not street parking on our street, the closest we found was an 8-10 minute walk. On Thanksgiving, there were not enough spots available. Otherwise the house was nice. Has minor flaws and small issues, but overall our experience was very good and we enjoyed our week there.

Comfortable Stay!

I had a few wonderfully relaxing days! The room was clean and comfortable, the pool, hot tub, and arcade room were fantastic, and the Villatel Team were incredibly kind and accommodating.

Overall, We enjoyed our family time, the house was a real treat, it has something for all to enjoy. One setback was our pool/jacuzzi was not heated as agreed when we arrived, it was not fixed until the next day. This should be resolved/refunded. Eric the maintenance technician was great, excellent customer service. He was able to repair simple items within the home. Improvements needed: Renters parking instructions should be defined better. This is a great stressor and inconvenience. For a vacation home that sleeps 34, there should be better explained accommodations for parking, without the fear of being towed at night due to not having a resort pass or to incur another cost for off site parking.

Experience of a Lifetime

I honestly don’t know where to start but hey here goes…Staying at this location was the BEST decision ever. Planning a trip to Disney World and wanted somewhere to stay that 34 of us could fit and sleep comfortably, this house did just. The house was EXTREMELY clean and fresh when we arrived, getting inside the house was easy as ABC. This place is definitely a home away from home, nobody wanted to leave. The pictures on VRBO ain’t doing this house any justice, when you see the house in real life its even more breathtaking. I just want to say a big thank my family and friends enjoy our vacation even more because of this accommodation. We are already planning on visiting Orlando again 2025 and if we are not staying at this location we probably not coming. Thank you!

We’ve been here two times, it feels new every time. We are always lucky to get a different unit -they’re always building new houses. The lounges are usually excellently designed with a soft blend of the interior and exterior. The rooms are spacious too and the entertainment was very appealing.

Recommended and outclass!

My wife learned about this holiday location at work, we had to try out the said features. We had some trouble with directions but the staff was very helpful. Once inside, it was non-stop fun. The entertainment aspect was fantastic and the rooms spacious plus other minutia stuff like the clean washrooms and ample parking.

It was nice stay

The reason I love this place is its family-oriented design-my family just seems to fit in. The rooms are amazingly spacious and strategically located to house the little ones close to me. The kids’ rooms have this lovely wall art that my daughter won't stop talking about. I'll bring her back sometime next year.

Best themed rooms for kids

This holiday location was convenient for my family. The multiple rooms with spacious interiors were perfect, I have six children so, space is important for me. The entertainment features were also amazing; the kids loved the video games and movies.

Amazing Holiday!

A friend invited my family here. The kids loved the swimming pool and arcade games. We the adults played video games day as the ladies sampled recipes in the kitchen. We had an amazing holiday; my wife is planning a second holiday here.

Spacious kitchen

I arrived a day after my family, the home had a double garage for our two cars. My wife had not seen such a spacious kitchen before. The kids' sleeping area was superb too, with wall graphics featuring hero characters. The holiday was out of this world.

best entertainment for kids

My kids love this place-I bring them every mid-year. The swimming pool and arcade games offer the best entertainment for kids. Each unit has a swimming pool, an arcade game set, and the fanciest video game' setup you've ever seen. The place is simply superb.

I’ve been here three times and loved it every time. Video games were the best aspect for me. The kids opted for the swimming pool and arcade games. The rooms are worth mentioning, they were spacious, well-lit, and very well furnished.
