I really enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious and luxurious. Amenities were great especially pools. I tried to use a water park but was not happy that all the sitting spots with any shade were reserved and monetized. It was a hot day and monetizing shade is a terrible practice in my opinion. I chose this hotel primarily due to water park so I won't be coming back again due that water park practice.
