We enjoyed the Grove. Rooms, Pools, Restaurants and Bars were great. Check-in was not great at all. Staff worked hard and did great, but clearly needed some help. Rooms were slow to get cleaned and didn't get some requested items, but overall a good trip.

The room was surface level clean, but needed a good deep clean. Hallways were dirty and the staff was not that accommodating. Would not stay here again. The best staff member we ran across was the dock attendant. He was very accommodating and had a great attitude!

Our room was amazing. Very clean and spacious. We got a complimentary upgrade from a two bedroom to a three bedroom which wa perfect! Pool was quite dirty and oculdve been warmer. Lazy river was nice.

Decent rooms, however felt like the kitchen was minimally stocked. No frying pan. Kurig machine, so bring K cups instead of ground coffee. Couldn’t get the dishwasher working. Contacted the front desk (after 20 minutes on hold) after dinner, they said they would send someone to look at it. They arrived at the room at 9:30 pm when my family was asleep (4:30am departure for airport next morning) so I told them forget it. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms had no pull string, so I couldn’t change the speed of the fan (which was on the fastest setting.) Hot tub didn’t work the last day we were there, I guess they were working on trying to fix it all day because it never warmed up. Also, the water seemed kind of murky. Christmas music was blasting at the pool all day the entire trip, despite it being the first week of January. And these weren’t any Christmas songs you recognized either. There’s a QR code on the back of the key cards that say “Need anything? Let’s Chat!” but if you text it, you get no response. That was aggravating. Lifeguards at the water park (I saw one make a save, great job) but none at the 3 hotel pools. Barely any staff at the pools actually. Website says pools are kept at 83 degrees but that was definitely not the case. Two of the pools were cold. Ordered take out one night at the Valencia restaurant. Ordered a side of vegetables for $6. What I received was the saddest side of vegetables I’ve ever seen. Very overpriced restaurant.

With the travel delays from departure to arrival and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Room was wonderful-3BDRM/2BATH with a beautiful view. Day 3 we noticed the door to the condo was not locked. Which means, anyone could access the room at any point in time when we were away during the day. We called front desk and they sent someone to assess the issue. He let us know that this was not something he could fix and if he ordered the part he didn’t know when it would actually come. Unacceptable - especially with 2 young kids. Went down to speak to front desk and they immediately were looking for another room. At first we were given a room around the corner facing a wall…2 walls. I asked for something better than that bc there was no way the entire resort was fully booked. You get what you pay for.. at this resort that nickels and dime you for every penny they can squeeze out of you. Parking is $35 + tax per day, they make you pay when you check into the resort. I had to call the front desk several times for info as there was nothing in the room to read.’I needed pillows blankets and sheets for the couch bed and I had to ask for them 3 times. Stained mattress on couch bed - dirty spots everywhere - hair on sheets - tvs didn’t work - had to push remote buttons a hundred times to change a channel. Lots of dirty areas within the place - towels were old - sheets didn’t seem clean.
Place seemed dirty and older looking
The sink would clog every time we ran water
