We had some issues during our stay, but the staff and manager were able to take care of us and made up for the inconveniences. We will stay again once they finish the renovations.

We usually require a kitchenette when travelling since one of our family members has significant allergies. For the price, and for a shorter term stay, this is a good option. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the room was clean, but the kitchenette cookware/utensils were limited (one baking pan, no oven mitts, etc). The fridge was very clean and oven in good working condition. We had only planned to stay for one night, so it was adequate for the two meals we prepped. The room was spacious and the hotel is close to many restaurants, so could work well for other travellers if the kitchenette wasnā€™t the main purpose of booking here.

We had a great stay. It is dated, but they are in the process of renovating the entire property. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool area and poolside bathroom were nice and clean. Housekeeping was a little hard to track down at times, but all in all, I would recommend Sonesta. If in the area, I would stay here again.

Gross,mold,ran down

The hotel just had a run down feel to it. So we were woken up to water coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom, when we heard it and then found it the ceiling was all cracked and you could see mold in this area as this was not something new. So when we checked out after having ourselves and our children in this room I informed the front desk staff and they gave me the run around of this must be new we are so sorry have a good day, so I asked the question of is there anything you can do for this, so they waived the parking fee $15 this is laughable and so disgusting that I will be leaving reviews where I can find unless I see what comes of this
