We had a wonderful time staying at 3800 Oakville Ave. There was more than enough of everything for our party of 6 adults. We would definitely recommend this location and property to anyone looking to visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Otto was very obliging, promptly answering any questions we asked.

Great Home Base for a Fun Volleyball Week

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked (except forks- only had a few-I suggest at least 15 for a house this size) and perfect for our group during the volleyball tournament. One of our must-haves was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and this home delivered — it made a huge difference for comfort and privacy. The highlight, though, was definitely the movie room — such a fun and cozy space to unwind after long days. The teens loved gathering there for socializing and crafting. The layout of the home gave us plenty of space to relax, and the location was super convenient. Another huge hit was the private pool which the families utilize every day/night. There was a storm about 4 days into our 7 day trip which tripped the WiFi. Despite our efforts to restore it with the host/owner, we were without WiFi service the last half of the stay. That was the only hiccup as we couldn’t work. Anyways, we would absolutely stay here again!The communication with Yoshi was great and I even got to meet her- she was pleasant.

The property was great! We loved how all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The master shower is amazing! The drive to Magic Kingdom and Downtown Springs was perfect. It was about 20 min. There are grocery stores close by, including a Walmart! The check-in list is a bit intimidating, but we got through it. We would absolutely stay there again!

Friends Getaway

This house was amazing. We had 11 of staying in the house. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and we never felt on top of each other. The house was so clean and exactly as the description. I would fully recommend this house.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. Beautiful house and decorated nicely. Boys enjoyed the movie room. It was a plus that the tv provided all stations, etc. so you don't have to log in separately. It was very nice to just pack up and leave. Did not have to do anything else. Bedrooms were en suites which is perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Me and my friends stayed here during our Passover retreat. It was a great time; the house is layout perfectly for a group of family and friends to hangout and live. very nice host. The pool was a plus with warming the water.

The house was as described - clean, roomy, and close to the local sights. The host was incredibly responsive and polite, check-in was fast and easy - would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area!!

A comfortable holiday home perfect for family and friends.

A great house for our stay with huge beds, huge showers and a great movie room. Even though we didn’t pay to heat the pool, we managed to use it ( albeit slightly chilly) as the weather was great. This was a great base and made good use of Ubers. If you plan to get out and about I would suggest to hire a car but we had a wedding to go to and rehearsal dinners etc so taxi was better for us. 7/11 is about 15 minute walk for snacks etc but we ordered off uber eats a few times. We didn’t need an American phone number for that. Other apps you do. The air con was easily adjusted with digital buttons if it was too hot or too chilly. The house had some extras like an ice machine , coffee machine and greeted us with a bottle of wine. If you’re not so keen on the Disney themed rooms in some places then this is for you!The communication between the owner of the house was brilliant and was happy to help if needed.

Fun Stay

Would definitely stay again!

Súper easy to access house was also super close to entrance which is great you don’t have to drive around a subdivision. Clean and comfy! My family and I would definitely stay here again. Host was great in communicating any of our needs.

Overall, the house and location was just perfect. Close to Disney and airport. House was very clean and as advertised. Our host was always available but not needed for our 8 day stay as everything we needed was already at the property. September and forward get the pool heated. I missed out on that opportunity. Close to Walmarts (within 8 min) if you need to restock groceries and local restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to booking again in the future.

Wonderful stay in Orlando

This is a really lovely house. We were a group of five adults and two children and it was perfect for us. It was all very comfortable, clean and well equipped - perfectly located for Disney but in a quiet residential area. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had a problem with our flight at the end of the stay because it was delayed until the next morning, but Otto helped us to arrange another nights stay at the house within a couple of hours which was so appreciated. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and made for a really relaxed stay. Thank you so much for a brilliant holiday! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or to stay again.

We did not want to leave!

Just one word: amazing!!! The house is spectacular. Beds are super comfy. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms were clean and supplied with everything we needed. Definitely pics don't do it justice. Good location. Close to attractions and groceries. The owners were super kind and helpful prior and during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us!!!!
