We had an amazing stay! The house was huge—perfect for our large group and exactly as described. Communication with the host about the booking was smooth and timely. During our stay, any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the property manager, who was helpful and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely keep this property in mind for future bookings!

Family Trip

A couple of the beds were hard, the floor needed to be mopped before we arrived. Overall enjoyed the house worked well for 19 adults and 12 kids. Location is close to attractions and neighborhood is quiet. Will rent again.

Nice but could use property improvement.

We recently stayed at this VRBO and had high hopes based on the listing and reviews. While the customer service was excellent—responsive, friendly, and eager to help—unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected.Some of the biggest concerns included:Pirates Room: The shower floor was extremely slippery, making it a safety hazard.Beds: The bed in the Soul Room had a broken frame, the Star Wars Room also had a broken bed frame, and the Villains Room bed was extremely noisy with every movement. Additionally, the mattress in one of the rooms was uncomfortably hard.Kitchen: Both dishwashers were broken - while they washed dishes - the racks were broken, the water boiler didn’t work, and the drawer under the oven was broken. The refrigerator (left of the stove) had a cracked door drawer, and most of the door drawers were missing altogether.Common Areas: The wastebaskets were too small for a house of this size, and the lighting in the living and dining spaces was very dim.We wanted to love this place, and with some much-needed repairs and updates, it could be an amazing stay. Hopefully, management will address these concerns because the theme and concept are great, but the functionality needs serious improvement.Would reconsider staying here again if these issues were fixed.

Property was great size, did not feel like we didn't have enough room. Everything was clean and ready. Only issue was with the Stove. The oven and some of the burners didn't work. It took extra-long to back our turkey and other items. Overall, it was great location and great stay.

Family Disney Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The kids and adults alike loved the pool, and the kids can't stop talking about their Disney experience. All minor issues were resolved expeditiously. I would certainly recommend this property.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our overall stay. Communication with the entire team from check in to check out were excellent. The home was very clean. Our only wish is that we had access to park in the garage with the amount of cars (8 total) parking was rough. We often had to park block away and walk back or carpool to the house. Overall we loved our trip! And would book again.

Fantastic and Beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay and communication during out stay in Davenport! Management was incredibly helpful, responsible, and prepared. The house was beautiful, clean, and very fun! I would highly recommend to others. In fact, we used this beautiful house for an executive retreat for our company, but will bookmark it and come back because we had such a great stay!

Perfect large family/group accommodations

Booked this lovely home for our Christmas gathering of 17, adults and kids. The house was better than the pictures could capture. 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms offered tons of space to spread out. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds and the kids took full advantage of the game room and pool. We loved the large kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwashers, large dining table, and outdoor entertainment space. The house was clean and there were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to accommodate the family. The owner and property manager was really responsive. If in Orlando again, we will definitely book this again. Thank you Craig for making our family vacation remarkable.

Best spot for a big family get together!

This house was everything we had hoped for and more! Spent a year planning a surprise 90th birthday party for my grandmother who turned 90 on Sunday. We had 25 people gathered together for the weekend with one goal in mind - give her a weekend of togetherness with the ones she loves. We had no reason to leave the house to be entertained. With people ranging in ages from 13 to 90 everyone had something fun to keep them occupied. The house was so spacious it never felt crowded or overwhelming. A great kitchen, wonderful outdoor patio with seating, perfectly heated pool, a dining table that made meals (and card tournaments!) so easy, rooms that had great themes and understated Disney decor and the game area was a huge hit for the kids (and us big kids!) to spark lots of friendly competition. Communication with the host as well as the property manager was always spot on; quick, helpful and pleasant! I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Craig - thank you for a great rental experience!
