The listing looks great but it’s the little things. The hot tub/spa and pool never worked right no matter how often I called and they had maintenance come to “fix” it. The jets shot up like water fountains and there was no way to adjust it. There was no heat in the spa and was told I had to pay for heat so I did. The jets continued to give cold water until the 5th day. Then the temperature went up to about 100 including the pool! No refreshing swim for us after a day at the parks. The Internet was on and off which shut the TVs of as well. Waited for maintenance again and then the provider. It was fixed the afternoon before we left. Kitchen was very sparsely furnished. One dish towel, one potholder, nonstick pans that were super scratched up. They delivered more of each. The house is old. The carpets need replacing. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked well. The pool was very important to use when choosing a vacation rental and this failed. Overall I’d stay somewhere else for sure.
