The condo was spacious and super clean. The grounds are well kept and the pool was never crowded. Instructions were perfect, everything was laid out on the how tos, and sent before we asked. Loved that it was ground floor!

It was a really nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. It was just like the pictures and very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and I loved the Roku TVs in all the bedrooms and the big walk in closets.

Trip to ESPN for Cheer Nationals

Wonderful area and close to the Disney Parks. We were in Orlando for my daughter's cheer comp at ESPN, and we needed a place to stay that was not on property but close by for a short drive. This was the perfect place. The condo was clean and the area was quiet and safe. The owners were very responsive when we had a small issue and the wifi was strong with no interruptions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family spot near Disney

This was a great sport for a family going to Disney. Close enough to the parks that you didn't need to plan in a long commute and getting home after a long day was easy. Great shops and food options near by. The apartment was very clean easy to access, checkin was very clear and worked flawlessly. Lots of space and very well eqipt for all your needs. We really had no issues at all with this rental it was a great fit for us. The only flaw was that the upstairs neighbours could be heard walking above us late at night and early morning and someone's squeeky bed all night i don't really think this is something the owner has control over. The complex is very quiet and clean.

Quick Theme Park Trip

Very easy to rent. Easy directions and the condo was just what we wanted. The unit was very clean, perfect size, and had all the amenities we wanted. Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate at all to rent again the next time we are in town.

Great location!

The property is located very close to Disney parks, Universal and the airport. Easy to get to and easy to navigate inside the property. Smells good which is a plus! Had everything that the listing said it has. The only negatives were not enough garbage bags provided and the carpet really needs to be replaced. Both things that didn’t hinder our stay but just suggestions!

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great & was near all the Disney parks. The kitchen had the essentials we needed and was well equipped. Anthony was excellent and he always responded to our messages promptly. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Great location for our Disney stay

My 4 kids and I went to FL for the USYSA National Championships at the ESPN Center and stayed a total of 9 days. The condo was within 20-30 minutes of the Center and the Disney Parks we visited. Everything was so clean and we had all the necessary supplies for cooking supper at night. The hosts were very prompt with their responses if I ever had a question. I would highly recommend this property!

Texas Family

My family and I traveled to Florida to attend the Disney and Universal Parks. We stayed a total of seven nights at this location and it offered all amenities we needed. The entire apartment was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes, pans, coffee maker, fridge, stove we needed. The apartment was approximately a 20 minute drive (including traffic) to Disney Hollywood and 25 minute drive to Universal Parks (IOA and Studios). A few weeks prior I received the instructions on how to enter the gated community and enter the apartment. Never had an issue and my questions were answered via text. If there is anything I would recommend the owner do, if possible, would be to replace the bedroom carpets. But this is only a suggestion. Other than that, I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a clean and safe place to stay near Universal and Disney parks. Within a short drive, you have Taco Bell, Dominoes Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, 126 Chinese, Walgreens, Publix, Walmart, and many other stores/restaurants.
