We had a great stay! We arrived a bit earlier than check-in and manager was able to accommodate quickly, so we were very thankful for that! Property was in great condition and communication was prompt, professional and courteous! Our rental came with special discounts for nearby attractions. We did not use, as we enjoy just staying on the beach, but seemed like a great deal for anyone wanting to get out and explore or enjoy other activities! Property management also stays in contact during the trip regarding any property maintenance, flag/surf and current hazard conditions. It is very easy and convenient to reach out to property management regarding any questions, and very clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out procedures, which is much appreciated! Would highly recommend this property and this property manager! Our favorite parts of the condo are the personal hot tub, oversized balcony, personal grill, and the master shower/jacuzzi. All rooms in this unit had amazing views but if you don't want to wake up with the sun, I would recommend bringing an eye mask, as the curtains are not black-out. We love looking for (and spotting) dolphins from the balcony! Thank you for a great vacation!

Extremely pleased with this unit. Perfectly decorated for a beach location. Furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had more than everything that you would need to prepare and serve for a crowd. Being a corner unit, it was very convenient to the elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

Requested an early check in and was met with a very quick and friendly response. Upon arrival, there was maintenance working on the dryer which left a dirty floor, and the couch cushions were all off, not put together, which was just a little weird. These were very small things, but the condo was absolutely stunning. Turquoise is always the place to be, and we will be returning!

View was excellent! Check in lady was rude, and had to get you guys on the phone to even finish check in. She still didn’t give us everything we needed. Need extra parking pass and wouldn’t sell it to us. Room was awesome except for the bedroom beside kitchen we could never get the shower to be hot, The hood vent over stove there was some days we couldn’t get it to turn off so had to just leave it on after few times of holding button down it may or may not shut the vent off. We had 2 kids with us and the kiddie splash pad is just terrible… sorry wasn’t much to it and so therefore nothing for them to do but share one little section where the shallow end starts at zero depth. Party goers arrived Friday and boy are they loud whoever stayed above us kept us up all night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around or something. Overall I would return but not with children. The view and the room overall was amazing. Just not kid friendly.

The condo was stunning and so much more than we expected! We never felt on top of each other and the ocean views were gorgeous! The kitchen and wet bar with an ice machine was great for cooking for 8 people. The hot tub was not working during our stay which was a bummer but it turned out okay. After calling to inquire if it will be fixed. We had a member of the Aquatics Team there the next day. They had it fixed quickly, but it didn’t heat up enough for use until the morning of our departure. These things can happen, especially considering the 100 hot tubs on property. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Great condo!

We loved our stay at this condo. The layout was perfect for our family. We had issues with the hot tub not staying warm and it leaked. Maintenance eventually shut it down. I would recommend supply bath cloths in addition to the makeup cloths supplied. Elevators were out of service which made wait times long. Overall, we loved our stay andWould stay again.

Wonderful family vacation

We just left 2001D and had a wonderful time. Turquoise Place has everything right there for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, we watched several dolphins feeding right from the balcony. The only negative thing about the condo was the freezer would sometimes be impossible to open. I’m not sure why, but I wouldn’t say that’s an issue. There are a ton of dishes and cookware. I would recco bringing kids utensils, plates and cups but other than that they seemed to have everything. We absolutely would stay here again!
