Nice Condo

The condo was clean and very easy to access the beach. The bathrooms are small. Could use more towels since you usually shower more than usual at the beach. We had to wash towels a lot. The balcony was amazing and big. Good size kitchen.

Gulf Shores 24

Great stay. Property was in great condition, very clean. Neat decorations within was very fitting for beach. Bonus room with bunks was perfect for kids! Large balcony was awesome to sit out and relax. Both pools were enjoyable and hot tub was perfect. Weather ended up being perfect for our short stay which made this the best vacation!

Condo price verses service.

Condo was ok. Pool was nice and big, indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Check in was easy. property was secure and located close to several attractions. A Kerug coffee pot was listed but it didnt work. The TV in the 3rd bedroom did not have a remote when we arrived. I reached out to you on Saturday when we arrived and we did not have a TV in that bedroom to watch at night for 4 days. On our arrival the floors were not clean.The security guard told us the condo was not full and it had been a slow summer. I do not understand when you rent a 3 BR condo that sleeps 8-9 guest that you have to pay an additional $50.00 parking pass!

Great unit

The unit was excellent. Clean, decorated beautifully, well stocked (except towels but they tell you that so bring extra). My only complaint is that Pelican Point advertises as a non smoking property. It is listed in description and posted in several places around the property. However, it is not enforced. I am allergic to smoke and am an asthmatic so it isn’t a personal preference issue but a health issue. I communicated and was told they would follow up. I was texted to call but when I did they said call was choppy. This is just to allow others to be aware (it limited my ability to use our balcony and the pool). Other than this it is a great place-unfortunately we won’t go back.

I can’t think of one thing I would change about this unit or the property grounds. Clean, spacious, updated, new appliances and comfortable beds. We’ll be back!!

What a grand time!

Our son flew in from Colorado and my husband and I and our other son and his family headed to Orange Beach from some family time. We found the condo very clean and the balcony view and pool were outstanding! We enjoyed our mornings sipping our coffee on the balcony and nightcaps on the balcony in the evenings. There were plenty of kitchen tools, pots, pans and plates. The check-in and out was easy. So a few things you should bring - a kite, extra toilet paper.

Exactly As Advertised

We enjoy this property very much; everything on line and correspondence was exactly as advertised. The property was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The condo is not huge, but big enough for 6 adults. The location is great and very convenient to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great property and condo. Location was perfect. My only suggestion is to replace every mattress on those beds — they are worn out and add door handles to the outside of the sliding doors because it’s hard to open and close from balcony. Everything else was great!!

Great family vacation spot

This condo was an excellent fit for our family vacation. There was plenty of room. We had 6 in our group, but we could have slept 1 to 2 more people comfortably. The lication was great! Being right on the beach, with a pool was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Great place!

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are decent-sized, and the kitchen, living and dining rooms were great for our family. The living room furniture could use an update, but it's comfortable nonetheless! The pools are great and security was very present. We always felt safe. The short walk to the beach is a huge plus!

Everything you need

We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Very clean, easy check in, pool was nice, great views, perfect location, friendly security guards too. It was perfect for us and our adult children who came for part of the time. PATIO - from the 5th floor had great views and watched the dolphins. Table seated 6 plus the high top AND 2 more chairs. Everyone could eat together outside. Coffee with the view was a perfect way to start the day. KITCHEN - We cooked many of our meals at the condo - the kitchen has every serving dish, kettle, baking sheet, beverage pitchers that you could need, plus sharp knives. LOCATION - easy to get to grocery, and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the state park. BEACH is calling me to return and would stay here again. *the only issue (which was no fault of this condo), was that they were working on the one next door and it was loud most of the days.

Great Stay

The condo was much smaller then it looked. It was for 10 people only had 8 towels and 4 wash rags.

It was ok would of been nice to now there was construction going on at the condo.

Beach Therapy

8 high school friends of 40 years enjoyed our getaway very much. Long days on the beach and plenty of sunshine left us feeling renewed. This property was perfect for our stay. Easy beach access and comfortable sleeping for all.

Beautiful Place

The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed it! There was construction going on-on the opposite end of the building, but on our side the noise wasn’t bad at all. Overall, great place to stay!!!

Good except for the construction noise and dust

Room clean, location great, pictures are accurate. I was not notified about the construction until 10 days prior to check in and it was to late to cancel. The noise was 8:15am-5:00pm. No napping or resting inside. Jack hammer concrete dust on the balcony and even the pool chairs. . Inside the unit was a perfect set up and all furnishing were nice and clean. I would have like to have had the opportunity to reschedule. I understand hurricane repair has to be done but not at my vacation expense. Let me make the decision if I stay there knowing it’s going on, instead of not telling me. My family member has heart a condition and needed to rest some and it was very hard to rest during the day. I chose your unit for cleanliness and close access to the beach for my family to be able to come and go as they felt they could so I was disappointed she wasn’t able to. I would stay in the unit again once construction is complete but not sure I can trust that I will be told about it.

Cheer Competition

My daughter had a cheer competition in Orange Beach. We stayed here for a few days. Convenient location. Only set back was the workout room. It’s basically non existent.
