So you can tell that the owners are trying to make a nice place. Liquid life and the HOA however are horrible. We rented a 3 bedroom and they have a rule no more than 2 cars no matter what. We had 3 couples and had to park off site. They argued with me, but I know the website description changed after we booked. It said we got 2 spots and could buy another, and there was another unit renter that had the same issue. The people at Liquid life are just rude and matter of fact about it afterwards. The room was disgusting. There was a tampon behind the dresser and a panty liner next to the bed in bedroom 3. The toilet didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work and they showed up mid stay with 8 people in the room to install a new one so they knew that it didn't work before we arrived. My son spilled some water on the carpet and all we had to do was wipe it up. The towel turned disgusting black where the carpets are obviously never cleaned. My youngest dropped something that rolled under the couch. He got down to get it and pulled out a dental flosser. That is at least 2 items that have previous renters bodily fluids on them that were not cleaned. I sent a picture of the tampon to the text they provide and no one responded or addressed it in the 7 days we were there. We got plenty of texts though about too many vehicles parked in the lot (one handicapped) but no response to the tampon. Even then, when I asked why they never addressed the tampon text I got no response. The facility itself only had one working elevator. They were pressure washing the facility, and started every day at 7:15 am. We are on vacation and do not want to listed to a giant lift and pressure washer starting at 7-7:15 every day. It's October, not July so it's not like they need to beat the heat of the day. The dryer is on it's last leg and would take 2-3 cycles to dry the smallest load. Plus, it doesn't stop when you open the door. That's could be a huge safety issue if you have infants staying with you.
I think if you had these owners with a management company other than Liquid life, or a different HOA (Liquid life blamed the parking on the HOA so we are not sure which was the issue) then you would have a nice stay. Ours was mediocre at best and it explains why the price was so much cheaper than the other complexes in OBA. We would not stay here again, or anywhere that Liquid Life manages.
