Both toilets had issues with the chains. It took 2 days for someone to come fix one. (We fixed the other). There was one small lamp in the second bedroom. (No other lighting). The balcony door has a bad squeel. The clock on the wall doesnt work. The door code is 10 digits and difficult to use. The location is great.

Great location

Overall the location and size of the place is great. Appreciate that it is dog friendly, however the beach isn’t. I was also not given instructions regarding the parking pass, gate code to the beach, and difficult to communicate with property management. Also, the TV controls in the master bedroom did not work.Be careful, the floor can get slippery if you keep the balcony door open.

Beautiful location

Our stay to visit Orange beach/ gulf shores was excellent. This was perfect location to visit beaches, shopping, sites ect. Our room was very clean, close to beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Needs attention

Upon check in, we realized sliding doors did not lock. Contacted property manager but it was late and no one came until the next day. Not safe for children. Kitchen needs more plates and bowls. More cookware. Dampness in master bedroom caused a fall...not sure what caused it. We did have to turn heat on. TV messed up all week

A bit of a disappointment

We were very excited to get to the condo, but upon entering, we were very disappointed. We’ve stayed at several condos at the beach and this one was our least favorite. Nothing in the condo has been updated except maybe the guest bathroom vanity. The floor was dirty and had a weird film on it and made all of our feet Brown. The bathmats had not been washed since the last occupants. Kitchen stove was rusty and small appliances were very cheap. The guest bathroom showerhead was trash and when you turned it on it just kind of came out basically like a hose so you couldn’t take a proper shower in it. The master bathroom had light in the shower so close the shower curtain you could barely see what you were doing. We’re only the very bare necessities in the kitchen. Pullout couch was unusable. The mattress was 2 inches thick and I don’t even know what it was made out of and the thing was so lumpy. There was no way to get comfortable. The vacuum broke when I used it once to try to vacuum up the sand. guest bedroom had no closet and was very small. Overall, the condo was very overpriced for what we I’m received and Vacasa Who manages the property is not cleaning it properly as there was hair found all over one pillow in the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in a really long time.

Spring break Senior Style

My husband and I had a wonderful week walking the beach, shelling, sitting on the balcony and waching the ocean. Loved the sound of the waves,as I was going to sleep and as a I woke up.

Condo and facility info

Condo and location great. Info should say standard coffee pot as so many use Keurig now and had to shop for coffee. Information pertaining to code for beach and pool access in the condo would have been helpful as well as a tv channel listing. Property manager responded on codes timely but info should have been left in condo. Great location Would stay again ...

Had a good trip. The condo was exactly as listed. Few items need addressing. The window by the balcony needs deep cleaning. Had black growth around it. All rugs need cleaning or replaced. Master bed needs to be replaced.

On the beach

Very nice nice property. Great view of beach although they worked on the pool while I was there so couldn’t be on the porch 2 days. Well kept but a few furnishing need updating. The biggest ticket item for me is cleanliness, and it was spotless. Bed was great, bathrooms good but need anti slip something in tubs. There was dish detergent and a couple clothing detergent left out and plenty of soap, shampoo etc. easy parking, nice neighbors and great location to grocery etc.

not worth the price

This condo has a lot of issues from lack of maintenance, there is black mold around the window beachside, floor tile is broken at the bedroom door and very sharp, carpet in closet has been removed but the tack strips are still there and very sharp, numerous items are broke and or don't work, would not stay here again

Could be spectacular

A few tips to make your stay fabulous: 1. Before leaving home be sure to have location of lockbox and combination! Unless you enjoy a scavenger hunt on arrival. 2. Depending on which service you book through there will be no one on site in the office that will help you whatsoever. ( refer to #1) 3. The bedroom stayed to warm to sleep in. I slept on the couch. I kept all doors closed and a/c on 67 and still sweat in the bedroom. 4. Amenities lists a hair dryer. There is no hair dryer. There is a 5 and 10 across the street that sells cheap hair dryers. Once we used the air pump that was in utility closet for blowing up airmatttesses 5. Take the responsibility yourself to communicate with the agency that you rent through. This is a nice place , good location, very nice balcony, nice balcony furniture, Kitchen is well stocked. I would stay here again but i would have to have all of the check in information, any scheduled maintenance that was planned, in advance before i even left my house. The agency i rented through did not fully follow through with what i was told
