This beautifully decorated condo has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom has a private full bath and there is an additional half-bath in the hall. The den offers a sofa sleeper for additional bedding. Free unlimited WiFi throughout the complex.

The master offers a king bed, flat screen TV and a the bathroom that has double vanities, marble shower with 2 heads and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and media cabinet with a flat screen TV and a retro Atari game system. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. A fully furnished kitchen to make meals for the whole family. There is a Keurig for your convenience. This unit is unique in that the owners have offered books, kids DVD library and family games for those rainy days. The dining table seats 8 and 4 at the bar.

The oversize balcony over looks the beach and is over 600 square feet in size with beautiful views of the white sandy beaches and the stunning blue-green waters that make Alabama's Gulf Coast one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
Parking passes are required and have to be purchased from the front desk at your arrival and the cost is $58 plus tax - the pass is good for your entire stay. This price is subject to change with Phoenix's discretion.

The Phoenix West has an abundance of amenities for every member of the family. A lazy river (floats provided) with a super water slide, BBQ grills, hot tubs, heated indoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness facilities, sauna & tennis courts.

The location, grounds, view and proximity to the beach were excellent. We were, however, very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. The floors left your feet black from the first day, the vents in the bathroom are filthy, and the closet with the beach toys needs a thorough cleaning and sorting. We eventually found the iron after another one was brought over so both are in the laundry room now. The condo is beautiful, but again, everyone in our party was surprised at the dirt.

Decked out!!!!

Fall break with friends. None of us had considered Alabama as a vacation destination… but this property, the beach, and local area have changed our minds. The property was awesome! Parking, check in, condo, pools, (lazy river!) and white soft sand were great. The waves, water temperature, and weather were perfect for the end of September! No issues with seaweed or rocky sand either. As far as the condo, 2121, we were so impressed with the balcony! I mean, absolutely gorgeous views. We were on the west side facing the sunset each night. You could hear the waves crashing from up there! It was so spacious that all 9 of us could comfortably be out there together. We would have pre-booked for next year- however, the 4th bedroom had a full size bed. If it was a queen or king we would not hesitate. The place had everything! A huge pantry/kitchen fully loaded. This condos furnishing aren’t as fancy as others we considered, but with 3 kids we felt way more comfortable in a place like this. Also, in the hall closet there’s tons of beach toys and boogie boards. Cons: And we’re being nitpicky…. Slow dryer (2-3 rounds til dry) 4th bedroom bed too small/uncomfortable) Blinds in living room broken (not a big deal) Broken rocking chair on deck.

Wonderful Family Time

We could have not picked a more perfect place to gather as a family! 2101 was an incredible experience! We all felt right @ home to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday! Stunning views, amazing sunsets, and a beautifully decorated condo to call home for 3 nights made for the perfect getaway! We are looking forward to returning! Incredible Experience

Pictures did not do the rental justice. Everything was beautiful. Loved the layout and we had plenty of space for four couples. Everything worked as needed. Dishwasher was a little difficult to get cycle started but eventually got it working. Loved the lazy river, indoor pool and hot tubs. Did not make it to the outside pool but it looked very nice. The path to the beach was laid out well.

Wonderful family get away!

Loved our time with you! A highlight was Great Grandmother getting to spend time with her great grandchildren. So fun! We had fun at the beach and the lazy river and slide were the best ever according to our littles! Sunset happy hour on the balcony was the best. The views are simply stunning. The furniture on the balcony was plentiful, but the table is unsafe and the tiles are falling off. It is also incredibly unbalanced so you can't even put a drink on it without falling off. I would recommend replacing it as it takes away from the wonderful unit.

Mildew in master bath shower and toilet ceiling, porch furniture very worn.

The location is great, the pool area is great (the lazy river was a great hit with the kids), very few treadmills that work in the workout room, the elevators are full throughout the day - need more for such a large complex and there was mold in the master bath (shower ceiling and toilet area ceiling). the porch furniture was very worn and some unusable.

ROOMY CONDO

Very “tired”. Arrived and had a page long list of negatives/broken/fixit list. While balcony was magnificent and had assorted seating, all furniture was VERY used. Manager got to work on our list quickly and the handyman was so pleasant! With the exception of two fairly new couches, the inside furniture was well used as well. Condo needs a separate ice maker and a TV in EACH bedroom!!

Family beach vacation

This condo complex is in a great location- easy access, beautiful beach. Pools, slide and lazy river are so much fun! Regarding our condo: the large space is incredible and patio is amazing. Having said that, sadly it was not clean. Lots of dust, mold on the shower curtain liners, some ripped and broken furniture. It really needs a deep clean and some TLC to make it great!

Beautiful views

We had a good stay and enjoyed the beach, pools and lazy river. The kitchen is very well equipped and the space is very comfortable with ample seating for large groups. We cooked quite a few meals and had everything needed. The balcony is spacious and the view beautiful. That being said, the furniture on it was not as pictured. Only one chaise lounge chair and one table w/chairs that was in need of repair. Inside the dining room table was large and had been covered with a ceramic wood look tile (it was pretty). The chairs however were worn and even torn in places and many of the bar stools were very shaky if not broken. The living area seating was very comfortable and the couches were new. The unit was clean but I would not consider it sanitized as advertised. This unit is privately owned and not serviced or maintained by Phoenix West. So if assistance is needed there isn't someone on site to help at all. The light was not working in the pantry and reported to a Phoenix staff member who said they would take care of it then two days later we were told that the unit wasn't theirs to repair. A message was sent to owner through VRBO with no reply. There are also box fans in every room and if you leave the drapes open during the day they will be needed to keep the unit somewhat comfortable. Our family had a very good week at the beach and made some great memories and we made lots of friends waiting on the elevators.

We were 7 women ages 60-70. We brought food so we did not have to go to restaurants because of pandemic. The kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect getaway except for rain.

Great for a large family

We had 8 in our group. There was plenty of room for us all and, best of all, there were plenty places to sit in the living room!! That is often hard to find for a rental. Our favorite times were spent watching movies together at night after a long day on the beach. Lazy river and pool were sparkling clean. Beach access was very easy. Our cabana boy was so sweet and very attentive to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again.
