Overall, positive. Cons - Only one of only two ice machines working for four story building. Had to ask for ice bucket at front desk. After querying front desk about limited tv channel offerings, was given an 8x10 paper with additional offerings (appx. 40 ).

Had a three night reservation. My sister called after we checked in and advised that my brother in law was admitted to hospital and family needed to gather as his passing was imminent. Hotel refused to cancel last two days of stay. Total lack of empathy. Disgusting.
