Hot tub was out of order and we even said something upon check in about how we were wanting to use the hot tub and they didn’t tell us it was out of order. Went down for breakfast at 7:30 and everything was cold. Had to reheat it. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

There was an incident during my stay where a tree fell on the hotel and across the exit of the hotel parking lot, so no vehicles were able to leave until the tree was cleared hours later. The power was also out due to a major storm. The tree falling on the hotel was nobody’s fault and things happen, but I was disappointed that no staff members were communicating with guests about the incident or providing any updates.

multiple scraped on the walls of the room, frayed carpet, weird stain in bathtub and on bathmat? Continental breakfast was greasy sausage and powered eggs. You get what you pay for but I would expect more from a hotel in the capital of a state.
