Hot tub and pool were great! Our kids loved it!! Our room was nice and the shower pressure was great! It was the perfect location for our trip to the Zoo. Loved having a first floor room close to the exit door, made it fast and easy to unload and load our luggage. Our room was right across from the pool which was super convenient! Hotel staff made checking in and out so easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel looked neglected. Had a hike to the elevators. Had to walk around half the hotel to get to our room. Signs were confusing. One set of towels in the bathroom so I had to ask for more. I felt like I was being judged when I was asking for it Broken tv. 20 minutes of hot water for two people. Some lights didn’t work. AC/heater sounded like a freight train. Why didn’t I change rooms or leave to a different hotel? My wife was having surgery at five in the morning the next day. Never again.

The customer service definitely felt a little lacking, not friendly at all. My key's stopped working multiple times forcing me to go get them reprogrammed, not once did they even ask me my name so besides not being very friendly there is definitely a security risk there.

I have an understanding heart and have been to many hotels. However, this hotel has severely been neglected. I understand it was built in the 80s. So i expected some outdated things. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was just completely off putting. I have stayed in worse. But this was unsanitary. When we first arrived our impression was that the hotel had a funky smell of mold, cigarettes, and tons of overpowered spray to try and cover it up. I rented two adjoining rooms for 5 people. We were in rooms 326 and 327. When we got to the elevator it said out of order. So we walked up the stairs. The carpeting wasnt level and kind of squishy in certain areas. When arriving to the top floor you can see a cemented in builing in the middle that has rusted windows and corrosion everywhere. The fake dusty plants did not make it any better. When you look uo at the skylights the paint is flaking everywhere and the filters are chockeed full of debris and gross. Once inside our rooms, we inspected the beds. The bedding looked just fine and we didnt see anything wrong with it. Even though the bedding did have a strong fabric softener smell. So did the towels. They over softener their bedding. But the bed wasnt horribly uncomfortable. Above the beds, they have a wooden headboard that was covered in dust. The two lamps in BOTH of or rooms was covered in dust. The walls were patched everywhere...and my daughter found a bug in her closet. The grout in our bathroom was unclean.

The hot tub and pool were amazing! Wish the bar area stayed open longer and the breakfast buffet was at least cheaper. Also the noise from the AC was terrible and some of the front desk people were not very welcoming
