Customer service is different depending on the shift that you’re requesting assistance. Check-in at 3pm is always great, early mornings i’d rate it as 2 star. Went to get ice and my ice bucket looked as if it was used to make Mac & Cheese. Cleaning crew missed it and when i went to the front desk for a replacement they were no help at all. I left the bucket in the hallway by the ice maker.

I was disappointed when I arrived, especially because the pictures look so nicer than reality and also that there was no housekeeping for stays of THREE nights, but once we got over that, we enjoyed the backyard with live music, food and drinks. Staff was friendly, but could do a better job of letting customers know about hotel happenings, happy hours etc
